The DocTuba Repair kit is excellent: a must have in the car for emergencies and when travelling! The ultra patch is superb and the Aquasure excellent… I’m going to travel with new kit plus blow out repair kit and big valve ring next trip.
My experience with Dr. tuba was beyond good. I've seen his facilities and he repaired my kite in a very professional way. He always double checks the bladders, has a high tech equipment (sewing machines, sealers etc.) and a skillful team. It's a serious company, he has it's own valves produced in Slovenia and is about to expand into a new 500m2 factory. I don't know about the other reviews, but the negative ones seem to be written by speculative cheapskates who want a refund or a special treatment and if they don't get their way they use the review as a revenge. I have not intensive to take his side but I've seen he is a genuinely good guy. my 2 cents

On 27/6/ 2021 I bought a set of slingshot lines, but since after two days the product had not yet been shipped, I asked by email how soon the goods would be sent approximately, but the answer was that the product was not available and they could have shipped a non-slingshot product they made. So I asked for the refund of the amount paid which was immediately reimbursed to me. Then on 8/7/2021 I bought a new set of lines, not branded slingshot, but as of 19/7/2021 the goods had not yet been shipped. On 15/7/2021 I also sent an email, to which I have not received an answer, with which I asked why the shipment had not occurred. Finally on 19/7/2021 I asked for a refund of the money paid but as of 21/7/2021 I still don't know if my request will be accepted.
My update following the company's response
1) Among my emails there is no email of yours to reply to my order. On the other hand, after the order I sent you two more messages, of which I can provide proof, to which you have not replied. In them I referred to my order and also asked why it had not been shipped.
2) Regarding the set of slingshot lines, your site gave the possibility to buy it specifying the length and the resistance, which I have regularly done. Strangely, your site has now changed and it is no longer possible to purchase sets of slingshot lines specifying length and strength. On the other hand when 2 days later you replied to my order you just said that the slingshot product was not available.
3) On Paypal I confirmed the refund request that occurred because it was the least you could do after the inconvenience you caused me
4) Your answer confirms that you are incorrect and unprofessional
in data 27/6/2021 ho acquistato un set di linee slingshot ,tuttavia , dato che dopo due giorni il prodotto non era stato ancora spedito, ho chiesto tramite email entro quanto tempo approssimativamente sarebbe stata inviata la merce , ma la risposta è stata che il prodotto non era disponibile e che avrebbero potuto spedire un prodotto non slingshot da loro realizzato. Ho così chiesto la restituzione della somma versata che mi è stata subito rimborsata. Dopodiché in data 8/7/2021 ho acquistato un nuovo set di linee, non di marca slingshot, tuttavia alla data del 19/07/2021 la merce non era stato ancora spedita. In data 15/7/2021 ho anche inviato una email, a cui non ho ricevuto risposta, con la quale ho chiesto come mai non fosse avvenuta la spedizione. Infine in data 19/7/2021 ho chiesto il rimborso del denaro pagato, ma ad oggi non so ancora se questa mia richiesta verrà accettata.
Aggiornamento in seguito alla risposta della azienda
1) tra le mie email non esiste alcuna tua email di risposta al mio ordine. D'altra parte dopo l'ordine ti ho inviato altre due mail ,di cui posso fornire la prova , alle quali non hai risposto. In esse facevo riferimento al mio ordine chiedendo anche come mai non fosse stato spedito.
2) Per quanto riguarda il set di linee slingshot il tuo sito dava la possibilità di acquistarlo specificando la lunghezza e la resistenza, cosa che io ho regolarmente fatto. Stranamente ora il tuo sito risulta cambiato e non è più possibile acquistare set di linee slingshot specificando lunghezza e resistenza. D'altra parte quando 2 giorni dopo hai risposto al mio ordine hai soltanto detto che il prodotto slingshot non era disponibile.
3) Su Paypal ti ho confermato la richiesta di rimborso che è avvenuta perché era il minimo che potessi fare dopo il disagio che mi avevi arrecato
4) La tua risposta conferma che sei scorretto e non professionale
