Ben and Lucas delivered our new office cabinets brilliantly, manoeuvring them expertly into place, and making sure they lined up well. They were polite and friendly and made the whole process seem easy (which it certainly wouldn't have been if left to my colleagues and I!) Great service and would highly recommend.

There is only one Tommy! Friendly and personable. Arrived on time and assembled new chairs quickly. Top man highly recommend.

Our office chair was delivered yesterday afternoon at the right time. It was assembled and the entire job was done in about 15 minutes and everything cleared away. The installer was most pleasant and polite. I won't bother to assemble such items in future. I will let the professionals do it.

Ben arrived with us to rectify a fault caused by a different installation company. Ben was courteous, diligent in his task and clearly knew what was what. He is very helpful and certainly gives a very good impression of Drum Installations.

James's professionalism and courteous demeanor were evident throughout the desk installation, which was completed to perfection. We would recommend their services and plan to utilize them for future installations.

Despite being sent the wrong pieces for installation Ben and Jim dealt with the matter very well. What was able to installed and assembled was done without fuss and very efficiently and tidily. Ben rang beforehand to let us know he was arriving, must have been a long day for him but he had desk installed in about 10 minutes, quality service.
