Michael was able to carry out a survey at short notice and was communicative throughout. His prices were much more reasonable compared to big companies and he even called me to summarise the findings before sending me the full written report.

I recently used Drysolve for a damp survey on my rental flat. Michael is such a lovely guy. 100% professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. The survey report was highly detailed, yet ‘reader friendly’.

As part of my mortgage application the lender requested a damp and timber survey. I chose Drysolve Surveying because they provide a Pre Purchase Survey and met the lenders Property Care Association (PCA) requirement.

There are a lot of Damp & Timber Surveyors, but it was important for me to find someone that would not sell me additional services and is 'truly independent'. I also wanted someone with the qualification and experience to provide me with the right expertise.

Michael from Drysolve Surveying communicated with me throughout the process, reached out to the estate agent to arrange a time and provided a report within the agreed timeframes. I was impressed with Michaels' resolve to provide excellent customer service. He called me straight after the survey was conducted and responded very quickly to my emails.

I am pleased to report that the survey was accepted by the lender and a mortgage offer has been issued. I have also used the report and graphic showing the troubled areas to negotiate the offer with the seller and agree on work that needs to be completed prior to the sale.
