Wow, where do I begin with this company from my first enquiry to my final fitting yesterday? It has been AMAZING the quote given to me was fair and honest also had no pushy sales technique which made me really want to use this company from the get go! Darren came to survey my home at the time agreed really nice friendly guy. I even had some questions about a window upstairs Unrelated to my enquiry and he happily had a look for me and gave me some advice. I was kept up to date whilst my order was processed. Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting Matt who fitted my French doors for me with care and professionalism He was super friendly and down to earth. Matt took time ensuring that everything was just right keeping me updated along the way. He cleaned up and also advised me on care going forward. I’m so happy with the end result I’ve actually already told a friend about this company. All I can say is I wish I had a found DS Window And Doors for my previous work don’t hesitate in using this company The quality of the door is top notch no damage to my wall at all when removing the old ones these guys really do care about what they do and their customers. The people I dealt with in person and via telephone/emails were amazing and so lovely that goes such a long way thank you all so much for everything! Finally a company that is efficient, prompt and deliver what they promise. Dealing with this company has been a pleasure from beginning to end. From Darren coming to do the quote, speaking to Jo in the office has always been very friendly, professional and a pleasure. Rob came and fitted a new door today he was friendly and a complete professional. Nothing was too much trouble and his workmanship was second to none. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again or recommend them to anyone wanting a first class job.

Having used them before DS was the first stop for our new front door and i was not to be dissapointed. massive choice of styles and colours, very competitive pricing, no pressure to buy or stupid manager special deals, just plain factual sales advice from Darren. Grace in the office kept me up to date with the admin stuff and Matt and Rob did a fabulous job in a professional way as they did before. And a top job it looks brilliant. I will use them again in the future for one last project on the house. I highly recommend DS.

Excellent from start to finish! From a brilliant colour image quote showing 3D design to the finished job! Rob and Matt have just completed a full house refit with new windows and doors. The service has been second to none! They have been extremely respectful of our house, friendly and polite throughout. The whole process has been smooth, from getting the initial quote; to surveying and then installation. Great communication and professionalism from everyone involved in the process of getting our new front door and side panel installed.
The installation has been done smoothly by the team, they arrived on time and left everything tidy, the door and side panel both look amazing, the hallway already feels much warmer and quieter.

We have recently had new doors fitted by DS Aluminium and I would definitely use them again as thinking about getting some bifolds. Great service from the fitters who came out, very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend.
