Helpful, knowledgeable and quick to respond.

Have been using DS for 20+ years and their team is always very helpful, knowledgeable and quick to respond to requests. I wouldn’t use anyone else and happy to recommend for all alarm and security requirements. Keep doing what you’re doing.

My experience was excellent

My experience was excellent. I received a timely and professional service from the outset; beginning with the first phone call I made to completion of the installation. Outstanding customer care from knowledgeable and competent employees.
The quotation and supporting information, I received was detailed and informative. The administrative support was friendly and helpful and the installation and guidance from the installation technician was first class. We’re delighted with the product too.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE

If I could give this company no stars then I would.

The engineer so say replaced a battery which apparently isn't included in my contract. The engineer who has visited my property before has always communicated what he had to do to the alarm system bit on this occasion he didn't say this bell battery didn't changing. I didn't have to sign the a work sheet (which normally I do). Now they are arguing with me saying I have to pay for something I haven't had. The lady was so rude on the phone to me. She has no customer service skills. If you read other reviews on this company, others say the same about this lady.

Do not use this company!

Do not use this company! My elderly parents paid for a Service on their (pre-installed) burglar alarm system but asked for the alarm to be disabled as they didn't want it in use. They were thinking about selling the property and wanted the alarm to be in a good condition.The engineer who attended left them with a faulty alarm system which went off in the middle of the night on several occasions for no apparent reason.
On contacting the company again, a second engineer attended who removed the battery. My parents were then charged £90. Very unsympathetic customer service.

Buyer beware of terrible customer services

Slow installation process.Not great customer service and even worse support. Seems that once they install and get the money they leave you to deal with things by yourself. Would not recommend them at all. I now have to look for someone else who will take over the maintenance the door entry system and the cctv.

Unacceptable experience

Unacceptable experience. Customer service manager Hayley is rude,interrupting constantly,not listening just talking over you. Poor communication re issue resolution. When writing to the manager Peter Cooke on several occasions no reply at all. Good at installing and servicing but heaven forbid you have a problem. Would not recommend this company.
