Ordered backdrops for my business, finishing was really good , definately buying more stuff from them

⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience

I had one of the worst experiences with DST Exports / DST Home Furniture. I placed an order for a custom mandir in January and made the payment trusting their promises, professionalism, and repeated assurances. Unfortunately, months later, I still do not have the product, proper updates, shipment details, or even a genuine video confirmation of the final product.

From the beginning, communication was full of false promises and delay tactics:

* “Will send video in 2-3 hours”
* “Tomorrow”
* “Shipment going tomorrow”
* “Almost done”
* “Just wait one more day”

This continued for MONTHS.

Every time I asked for proof, they avoided it by pushing for calls instead of sending proper videos or evidence. Whenever I requested a clear full video of MY actual mandir, they either ignored the request or sent random short clips that did not even confirm whether the product was mine.

The most frustrating part is the lack of transparency and accountability. Once payment was made, the attitude completely changed. Responses became inconsistent, delayed, and defensive. Even basic requests for updates had to be followed up repeatedly for weeks.

There were also multiple changes in what was originally promised. Materials and customization details discussed earlier were later denied or changed. At one point, when I lost trust due to constant delays and asked for a refund, they refused despite failing to meet timelines and commitments.

This entire process caused immense stress, frustration, and financial anxiety. Customers ordering internationally are placing huge trust in the seller, and DST Exports completely failed to honor that trust in my case.

I strongly advise buyers — especially overseas customers — to be extremely cautious before sending money. Make sure you verify everything thoroughly and do not rely on verbal assurances or WhatsApp promises.

Very disappointing experience overall. I regret choosing this company.

It was a very pleasant experience to receive this beautiful Wedding Mandap from DST Exports. The item is true to design. It came well packed and was delivered on time. The seller was helpful in resolving my pre order queries.

DST EXPORTS manufacturing and exporting the wedding furniture, mandaps and provide best wedding plans and beautiful temples etc. Best service providers. 👍🏻👍🏻

I placed a large order with this decoration manufacturer in 2024. We have received the items on December 2024 and was very disappointed with the overall experience. Initially, their communication was good and they were very responsive while promoting their products.

But once my shipment arrived, several items were damaged, and some products were missing completely. I reported the issues right away and provided photos, but after that, the communication from their side stopped. Despite multiple follow-ups, I received no replacements and no effort to resolve the problems. We are still waiting on replacement and missing items. lets see how many years DST Exports going to take to resolve this dispute.

We spent over 24k (including shipping), and the lack of after sales support has been extremely frustrating.

As an another business owner. I am giving you a heads up, pls do order anything from them. You can save money and mental health. I don’t want another person to go through the same stress as I gone through. we will repost this until this issue is resolved

DTS Exports really did a fantastic job for my event. My order for furniture and wedding stage setup was delivered on time and was of high quality. I would love to purchase wedding related products from them in future also.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SUPPLIER, they are fake and try to get paid all money in advance and will not take any responsibility of their items if you receive damaged, bad quality, wrong item, or incomplete set of items. These guys are expert in making fake promises, we received our 40 foot container in May 2021 with all above mentioned damage and since then i have been chasing them, I don’t like to give negative review for our any Indian supplier as we are living in Australia and love to buy items from India to give and promote Indian businesses but now am tired of them chasing since last 4 years but fake promises, this Anmol named person is purely fake he keeps on promising and shamelessly avoid you. I am gonna post some screenshots here as well. You can contact me any free advise if you are about to buy from them, i am also gonna report/ review on all social media like facebook, Instagram, Alibaba, etc.

Recently ordered whole furniture for my New home in Usa , really really happy with goods , loved the quality of teak and carvings , All my relatives and friends praised there work , i personally recommended everyone in my society to order for them , Already placed a new order for my mother home too . FRAUD. PLEASE DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Firstly they promise you so many things and once they get the money, they will not respond and things change. I got my temple after 9 months (not that I asked for) with so many fights and Hassle and paying more money. I have sent more than 200 emails, messages and calls but once you pay the deposit, you are stuck with them and they can do whatever they want.

I bought a swing through them in June 2021, I received the product with so much hassle w.r.t customs , I had to pay more on the customs than the price of the product. I was promised my destination home delivery, but they play game to get whole money when in transit. They are tied up with their shipping partner.
I got a broken item--The product with shipping , cost and customs costed me over $5000 , so much pain in the process, but the product came with missing nuts/bolts and broken and damaged. Its been over 6 months and I still didn't get the product replaced. I can provide all the pictures to whoever require for proof.
I would suggest to buy this product in US itself , with reliability and trust.
I don't recommend this manufacturer. I am not going to remove this review until my issue is resolved.

This company is getting away with scamming people. They seemed to have people writing false reviews for them to fool the public. They are posting pictures of furniture, and when you order them they send you junk.
I ordered some chairs and sofas from them last October. I didn’t receive them until April. When they arrived they were just junk. I reached out to the one who took my order and he never responded to my request. I have pictures of them. Do not buy anything from this company.

Really thankful to DST Exports to make my daughter Mehndi Ceremony special. I have bought up Mehndi setup including Colorful Backdrops with matching Umbrellas and Mattresses for relatives to celebrate the function. Everyone was so impressed with the decoration that everyone insist me to start my own decoration business. Now i am doing this business from past three years and buying all the stuff from DST Exports.

Hi, My self Narinder rai. I am a Wedding Decorator. I purchased my all wedding decor stuff from DST Exports. I am one of the satisfied customer of them. I love their products and services also.

I ordered 5 stages in total. 3 are full mandap with sofa and everything and 2 are just the stage frames. I also ordered 2 dolis, punjabi statues and many small stuff for wedding. Anmol who is the owner of DST Exports, he said he will send everything with mandaps. But i did not get backdrop curtains. One mandap's whole big piece is missing. The doli bottom was broken. And the pictures he showed, the frames are not exactly the same. I can show pictures too. I guess what he does is, customer sends him a picture and he just tries to copy the design that is why there is a big difference in what he shows and what he delivers. We ordered in March and he said shipment will be delivered in 2 months. But he lied to us and we got the shipment in September. We could not do any event and paid rent for an empty office for 6 months. I will suggest everybody not to order big stuff from here, just order small things and PLEASE ORDER THROUGH ALI BABA OR ALI EXPRESS so if anything is broken or missing, a serious action could.be taken. I see so many good reviews but again, its a big investment, do not trust DST EXPORTS, order from ali express or Ali baba. I still message Anmol(the owner) and ask for the compensation. Everytime he says he's gonna do something about it but then he does not reply. Honestly I am very disappointed. The worst decision of my life.
