Heartbroken and betrayed. Stay far away from DST Exports.
We trusted Kamal and Anmol to make a sacred mandap for our home in Australia, but dealing with them has been a complete nightmare.
Once they took our huge upfront deposit, everything changed. When the shipment arrived, we found out they hid massive destination port charges from us, demanding more than double what we had agreed to pay for the entire delivery.
When we questioned this, they turned completely cold, refused to release the customs papers, and held our shipment hostage while ignoring our calls and messages. In the end, they forced us into a corner where we had to let go of our dream mandap and leave it abandoned at the port.
How anyone can cheat a family like this over a temple for god is beyond me. Absolute greed, zero morals, and zero shame. Save yourself the heartbreak and do not trust DST Exports with your hard-earned money.

Extremely disappointing and stressful experience with DST Imports.

We placed a large-value order with DST Imports for a mandir, expecting a professional and reliable experience. Instead, the past six months have been an extremely stressful and traumatic experience.

Communication has been one of the biggest problems. They have been very difficult to reach and repeatedly unresponsive, leaving us without clear answers or meaningful updates regarding our shipment.

After months of dealing with this situation, we were finally sent what was presented to us as a draft Bill of Lading. We were concerned because the document does not show a container number. When we checked with the shipping/logistics side, we were told that this is a draft BL and that an actual Bill of Lading should contain the container number. At this point, we have serious concerns about the documentation provided to us and are still trying to get clear answers.
They ll ask you to remove the bad review in return for shipping ur product!

When someone pays a substantial amount for a religious item as important as a mandir, they should not have to spend six months chasing the seller for basic information and shipment documentation.

Based on our experience, I strongly recommend that anyone considering ordering from DST Imports do extensive due diligence before making a payment. Our experience has been incredibly stressful, communication has been poor, and we have not received the transparency and responsiveness we expected for such a significant purchase.

I sincerely hope no other customer has to go through what we have experienced.

Ordered a palki from them. Been more than 9 months. Not received yet. They don't even answer phone calls or messages.

This has been one of the most disappointing and frustrating online purchases I have ever experienced.

I paid the seller the full purchase price, believing that all major costs had been disclosed. At no stage before payment or shipment was I informed that I would later be required to pay customs clearance fees, customs duties (if applicable), storage charges, and local delivery charges. Only after the shipment arrived was I told that these costs were entirely my responsibility.

The shocking part is that the total amount required to collect the shipment is significantly higher than the original purchase price of the goods. Had these costs been disclosed upfront, I would never have placed the order.

I feel that this lack of transparency is completely unacceptable. Customers deserve to know the true cost of a purchase before committing to it. Withholding or failing to disclose such substantial charges until after payment leaves customers feeling misled and unfairly trapped into paying far more than expected.

As a result, I have decided not to collect the shipment because it simply does not make financial sense. I have effectively lost the money I paid for the goods due to the seller's failure to provide complete and transparent information.

I strongly urge anyone considering purchasing from this seller to ask for a complete breakdown of all costs—including customs clearance, import duties, storage, local handling, and delivery charges—before making any payment. Transparency is essential, and unfortunately, that was completely lacking in my experience.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this seller.

I got wedding mandap manufactured by the DST team and they delivered it in high quality and on time. It was very beautiful and I received many compliments. Thankyou so much for making our wedding event grand and successful.

They are absolute scam.wasted over INR 30LAKH. Father and son duo are big scammer, with lies.. They wasted over INR 30LAKHS to give sub standard product. Most of the furniture came damage. They promised high quality wood but added ply wood in many places. They took over 1.5 years.
We regret doing business with them.
