Terrible terrible terrible!!!

Terrible terrible terrible!!!! Over 2 years I wasted hours trying to get hold of a customer service adviser to help me renew my home internet package. Promised several times no extra charges would occur, and yet charged on both annual renewals. In the end I had enough and cancelled although it took hours to get through to the cancellation team. Along the way I met rude, grumpy service agents and countless transfers which ended in dropped lines... These guys have no clue how to keep the client happy. Went to Virgin instead which is cheaper and I hope better service.

Yesterday I want Al Ghurair Centre Du office. To change SIM card ownership. Because My SIM card is bought by my friend now it’s need to change to My ID so totally we there have same issue. Once we reach to there we meet one person he is lying to us and he is not good customer service he said they can’t do in one day for three person who buy SIM card in one ID, then we wait another 1 hour and we meet another customer service person his name is Erick He is so nice and very good customer service he did it at the same time and he solved our problem. He is very nice person and he explained every single detail… Because of him only yesterday we come back to home… Big thanks to Mr. Erick 🙏

Pathetic Service

Pathetic Service, they let me buy plans worth AED 1500 & set my credit limit to AED 625. I have to pay in advance for the service. I have been paying avg of AED 1900 a month for last 6 months! if you calls are either not going through because of credit limit & they take 3 hours to lift the ban or it does not work bcs of network issue!

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. They spend your time writing things down ,then call you to talk about things that are written down,just so they don't do anything about the request.
I don't recommend it for anyone ever.

Double Charge, No Refund Option, No Real Support

I received a message stating that I had an outstanding bill and immediately paid it through the du app. The bill amount was already unusually high (my monthly bill does not normally exceed AED 220), yet after paying, the amount was deducted twice from my bank account.

The amount deducted is not minor it is a significant sum and there is currently no clear refund option available in the app. I deleted and reinstalled the app, but it is malfunctioning and does not allow me to cancel international roaming or request a refund.

I visited a branch and was told everything must be done through the app. I then called customer service and spent over 20 minutes on the line, only to be told again that the process must be completed through the app despite explaining that the app is not working.

It is unacceptable for a telecommunications provider to deduct a substantial amount from a customer’s account and offer no accessible alternative solution. Customers should not be forced to rely solely on a faulty application to resolve billing errors.

If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will escalate the matter through my bank and the relevant regulatory authorities.

I expect an urgent resolution.

Impossible to cancel

Their support chat, support hotline and actual support team (if you ever manage to talk to someone directly) are the worst I have ever experienced in my whole life.

Canceling a contract is so extremely frustrating that even though their internet is good, I would never ever sign up with them again.

I’ve been a customer for already 6…

I’ve been a customer for already 6 months with a yearly contract app isn’t working for a month, if i log in on the page via web always stuck!!!! No one is reachable or getting back to me to speak with an actual person instead of AI to solve my issue. Worst service ever!!!! Worst company you can get from any country in the world!!!!!

They don’t have below 1 star hence had to use it , trust me the service is the worst you can experience, the store in Megamall please stay away , they just don’t care , u are looked upon as a liability.. waiting for Almost 3 hours to be attended and the wait continues, the only option is to cancel my business with them , I was informed the lady would be available at 1 pm as she is the only one who can handle my query , then the wait continues its 3.25 now … what do you call this service ?? Want to feel bad .. come visit the du store and enjoy

worst customer service on the planet

They have to be the worst customer service among all customer services out there. The staff at the stores give different answers to the same question. The same clueless plague affects the online staff also. It’s a hopeless situation for anyone who hopes to get some help from this mislabelled helpline. The auto chat bot is nothing more than a dozen lines of computer if-then codes. The only way to get help from this perilous ineffective organization is to learn their own lingo: file a “complaint” is the only way to get someone with a heartbeat to look at your issues. This is my only advice, other than that, good luck and hope you’d chosen a service that’s worth your hard earned dole.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam! They are absolute fraudsters. I bought the home internet package and quite frankly I have been tempted to throw it out a window. It has the slowest connection ever and is full of lags and bugs. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Save yourself and avoid them at any cost

Never in my 30+ years have I left a negative review. Not one star, not two, not three. This is my first, and if I could leave zero, I would. Actually, I would leave -100.

This is hands down the worst customer experience I have ever had in my life.

I was told I am simply renewing my contract. SIMPLE renewal. Instead, I somehow ended up with two account numbers. Two. Now the billing team is chasing me for payments saying I cancelled an account. I did not cancel anything. The contract expired. That’s it. Because I listened to a sales person who said it’s “just a renewal,” I am now dealing with duplicated billing and complete chaos.

The sales process is misleading. Information changes every time you speak to someone. No one takes responsibility. WiFi installation was delayed. Then more excuses. Then more lies. Then call center agents who either don’t know what’s going on or simply don’t care.

The final straw was my latest conversation with Du Chat bot. I genuinely wanted to throw my phone away. The level of incompetence and zero accountability from whole company is shocking.

I have wasted hours of my time fixing a mess I did not create. If you are considering Du, for your own sanity choose ANY other network. Learn from my mistake

Worst service provider across UAE!!

Was my first and last year being a DU client.
DU is the worst service provider across UAE. If I could, I would give the score -5.
If you are looking for an internet and tv provider, do not choose DU. You are going to have connection issues with no support and, you are going to be charged with outstanding bills due to their "internal system problems". A complete headache.

they stop the house internet since 2 months cause my new ID is not updated and they are asking me to pay for these 2 months where I didn't have net at home!!!
