I ordered 2 pairs of golf shoes
I ordered 2 pairs of golf shoes. I've been buying Duca del Cosma at my golf club for years and I know my size. One pair was perfect and really just a new colourway for me. The 2nd pair were too big and had no support and were inferior. I signed up to return the 2nd pair for a refund but then came the threats - if I sought a refund I would pay to send the shoes back and I would be reduced by 30% on my payment price. I have sent the shoes via UPS (€20) which I paid and I also ordered a 2nd pair of the acceptable shoes for which I will now pay another €10. How can this behaviour be legal? This transaction is not yet completed but it is bad behaviour from a company with a good product. Liz Hurley
