I have been using Duelbits for years, I have had some problems with getting my my deposited in my account and for some reason it does not show up sometimes for hours. Usually I click on the live support button and I get help and its taken care of. Well this time the dam live support button doesn't work and its bee almost 5 days since I never got my deposit. I contacted them via email just for them to tell me "sorry we cant find your account and cant help you" excuse me you cant find my account???? Howe is that even possible when I have been using duelbits for years and they have no problems taking our money but when it comes time to get help they don't even care. This is ridiculous and very unprofessional to say the least. I am extremely disappointed and and taking legal action now. I have had enough.

Without any communication or notice I am no longer allowed to avail of any promotions for Duelbits Sportsbook. For example the multi-bet bonus suddenly no longer applies to my accumulators.
My bets are limited to the lowest minimum possible.
The response from customer support was -
"I'm sorry to inform you that you are currently not eligible to partake in any Sportsbook promotions or receive any bonuses in relation to the Sportsbook. This decision is final and irreversible for the moment."
The reason: duplicate accounts but this is nonsense. They can't possibly find duplicate accounts as there aren't any. I just opened one account.
What I only did is to bet on sports events and won some money.

Did KYC but never sent my withdraw (SOLVED)
I completed my verification KYC but they never sent my 5,400$ withdrawal for bitcoin. My user ID: 15def4d6-8e97-406c-834f-bd9e47c63f90
They are not replying and won’t send me my money and since my account was hacked also they tried to change the address so please send the withdraw to the first address I requested when I attempted the withdrswl.
EDIT:
I got my withdraw after spamming support live chat requests. It only took me 30 hours. Usually this would take weeks if someone didn’t apply pressure like I did.
If your going through this issue, do this:
Keep making live chats until you get the reply that says “the team has up to 24hr to approve the KYC”. Then after 24 hours, show screenshots of the agent saying that and ask to speak with a manager, if they tell you to wait longer, tell them that there are many scam accusations and that your a loyal customer. Then, they will just approve the withdraw, that’s what they did for me. However you do have to wait atleast 24hr and you do have to submit KYc.
