Beware of these Scammers!

The app does not work. It can not connect between my Windows 11 PC and MacBook. I asked for help to their support, and you know what, they never replied back to the support ticket.

It's been a week since the support ticket was created. They say they will reply personally within 24 hours, but in reality, they have a non-existent support, and they scam people with flashy marketing in broad daylight.

I do not recommend this software at all. Beware of this overly expensive scam software, that doesn't work at all!

This now amounts to a scam. DO NOT use this company. Customer service is non existent. Continuing to attempt to charge my card without permission - I already cancelled Duet autorenew last year. I have now emailed them 3 times, contacted via the contact form, and attempted to speak on live chat (a total of 5 attempts to contact their customer service team). I get responses that don’t acknowledge anything I’ve said whatsoever, they appear to be automated. Repeatedly attempting to charge my card for a renewal that I have already told them I don’t want, did not give permission for, and can’t access or use. Starting to look like fraudulent use of my card details and will have to report to my bank. More hassle.

I went into the 7 day trial expecting that I would only be charged after the trial had ended, but unfortunately I was charged immediately for a yearly subscription. Stay away from this product.

Update: got in touch with customer service and they claim that there is no trial. This is despite the "7 day trial" sign up button in their app.

Horrible experience. Created a trial account and the software didn't work properly. Contacted support which were utterly uselsess. Cancelled my subscription while still IN THE TRIAL period and still got charged for it. Do not recommend. Stay away from them.

They offer a free trial week and then make you pay 25 dollars. Thank you for scamming me!

Update: I just got my money back. Thank you so much for being a responsible company. But please change the layout of the app, otherwise people will still be charged without knowing it.

BE AWARE! I have susbcribed for a 1 week trial on their website and was IMMEDIATELY charged on the credit card for an annual subscription. I'm trying to get in touch with them (email, support chat, facebook) during the last 48 hours) without not even getting 1 reply. I will proceed with reporting this way of doing things to the payment institution.

I was told this app would be free by various platforms so tried downloading ended up taking my money now I can’t get refund, disappointed with the way apple has handled this and no one has helped me

This wasn't overly expensive but I have to say it is the worst experience I have ever been through. The lag is so bad it takes me an hour to do a job that should take 20 mins. I purchased Duet to speed up my productivity not slow it down :(

Duet Display is sh!t it does not share screens, it asks you to pay for some next bullcrap.

I like it! Gives me the option to use my iPad as my second monitor. Still, I hope they'll add the option to use your iPad as your main monitor. Nonetheless, great to have this app!
