My 1st time ordering from Duffield and will be ordering every time now
The service is brilliant. So easy to order got phone call to confirm and delivery dates to choose from. Delivered with a 2hr time slot by friendly helpful driver left as near to garage door as possible . Now to the product cannot fault them they expand in fire and the heat that comes off is brilliant so much better than logs
will never go back to logs. Will be purchasing a full pallet in summer ready for next winter 5star company 5 star product

My first order with Duffield Timber. The service is brilliant, I did an online order for lava logs once completed we had a phone call saying when it would be delivered and they were spot on. I highly recommend them

The best place to buy specialist timber in the North. (May be the UK but I don't know!!)
Over the past couple of years they have really upped their game and have a tremendous amount of "off the shelf" wood of all shapoes and sizes. You'll come across species you havent even heard of!

First class company to deal with, extremely friendly and knowledgeable and the support I received from Jack was top drawer. A massive selection of timber to choose from and a great place to browse too. I took away some lovely walnut and maple and will be back again soon!

What a fab find I have been looking for briquettes for our log burner as our usual suppliers machine is broken. The last two lots we have have bought have frankly been poor even though they were from different suppliers.
I bought lava logs on a whim. I'm so glad I did they arrived today, I only ordered them on Monday today is Wednesday. I wasn't sure about them as they are different from the RUF briquettes we usually have. I have been overwhelmed with them. The fire has been burning so hot and the house is toasty. Absolutely brilliant I am blown away by them.
Customer service was wonderful, a phone call giving me three different days for delivery which was free so even better.
Delivered within the time window just wonderful.
I have already recommended them to a friend after one use.

Bought some cladding recently, company were very helpful on the phone. Especially the person I dealt with Lewis Daker.
A couple of lengths turned up with splits and a packet of nails were missing, these were all replaced straight away and didn’t hold up my job. Thanks, Lewis.

Recently placed an order for some Canadian Western Red Cedar. Many thanks to Alex for the excellent service they have provided.

The wood has arrived today and is fantastic. Every piece is straight and in perfect condition. All of the timber was dry/seasoned, extremely well wrapped and packaged.

The delivery company called in advance to agree a delivery date.

A superb service from start to finish, with excellent communication throughout. Highly recommended and competitively priced.
