Honesty + Actions versus Words is the main moto of the company.

I usually don't leave reviews but I believe that some good and right actions require mentioning:
I had a small order so the flat delivery with the pricing and time limits doesn't suit me and I decided to go with a more quicker and cheaper fedEx delivery. Had a few calls to clarify how it will work ask to provide the pictures before the delivery so I can check all the stages of the process additionally I've requested to pay attention to the corners as they usually suffer during transit. When I received my cladding - 30% was cracked (corners were fine: it we the middle and central edges that suffered). Note - no photos before delivery have been received so I truly don't know who to blame. Got on the phone - had a long discussion - me complaining, while the other side tried to shorten this phase and come closer to resolution ) And best possible resolution has been found - cracked planks replaced - literally the guy hand it over to me the very next day. My experience was not smooth and there could be some places where I could be told what to expect from 3rd party delivery or the packing was more protective so it can survive 3rd party delivery, however the quickness of resolution of the problems, positive approach and targeting the result matching you expectation - that what really amused me and forced to write this

Easy to deal with, website very easy to use & product fantastic to work with! End result when fitted looks beautiful!!! Will continue to use there products on future projects.

Originally introduced to Timberulove by our architect for timber cladding, we have used them on a number of occasions and have always been impressed with the quality of service - product advice, timber received matching the description of materials ordered and the excellent delivery team.

Great timber quality and great service overall. We have been working with Timberulove for a few years now and our clients absolutely love the cladding, especially the charred larch and oak!

I bought Siberian larch with a planed-all-round finish - it was described on the website as 'square edge finish', which is what I needed as it had to match existing larch cladding. When it arrived it had a very obvious chamfered edge. I phoned and was told they hadn't had any larch with a square edge finish for over a year, suggesting that I'd made a mistake. When I pointed out their website still described it as having a square edge finish, he said no one else had complained (not sure why that was relevant) and that IT hadn't updated the website (which I don't think is the customer's fault or problem!). They offered to collect it and give me a refund, but I've now lost nearly three weeks because they sold me the wrong product.

The timber we ordered from Timberulove was beautiful, well finished and to specification. The ordering process was easy and the delivery driver helpful and friendly. We are very pleased with the end result of our project.

Have ordered timber twice from Timberulove, exceptional service. First order delivered on time, delivery driver really helpful. Second order delivered on time but was incorrect - totally my fault, but the staff were excellent and really helpful, they organised a replacement without any fuss and it arrived when they said it would. Again the delivery driver was really helpful and polite. Would definitely recommend Timberulove and I will be using them again.

Has any one used their Spruce wood for cladding the inside of a sauna? If poss could you contact me.

I placed my order on line and was told it would be with me with in 5 working day and true to the word it arrived on time with a very helpful driver. First time I have used them very impressed.

After the third time of using them, I thought I would write a quick review great timber driver really helpful and left everything where asked will definitely be using again

There is just one point i would like to make, could you
email when you would be making deliveries, as i was
not aware when my delivery was on its way to me.

Purchased the Charred larch cladding, great product and all boards very uniformed with no defects.

Ended up being a couple boards short and they arranged next day delivery to avoid any schedule delays.

Would highly recommend and will be using again for all cladding.
