Customer service is nonexistent

Customer service is nonexistent. Got a new phone and want to transfer my Duka eSIM, but Duka doesn’t allow that. Waiting since a week for a responsive from the so called customer service on how to do that. Even followed up, but nobody cared to even respond. About to cancel my contract now as a consequence.
*Update: I’m waiting since a week for a response on my ticket, and nobody cares to get back to me. But once I publish a review here, Duka requests within hours more information to prove that I’m really a customer. Unbelievable. Will publish a negative review now every day until they finally solved my problem.

We are currently experiencing a high volume of inquiries, which unfortunately results in longer response times for both email and phone support. However, we are working to return to normal operations and expect shorter waiting times in the near future.

At the same time, we cannot recognize that you did not receive a response when calling us, this is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide to our customers.

Regarding the transfer of your eSIM, unfortunately it is not possible to transfer an eSIM between devices when you have a Danish mobile subscription, regardless of the provider. Therefore, we need to send you a new eSIM, which we can do immediately once we locate you in our system.

I have reached out to you via Trustpilot to get in touch and review your case so we can resolve it as quickly as possible. If there has been any error in handling your inquiry, we would of course like to correct it right away so you do not have to wait any longer.

Quick verification of possible telephone number malfunction...

I had some questions regarding my Duka telephone number, wich were completely solved by Noah and the responsible team, the service provided was really fast and helpful.

I’m very happy with their service

I’m very happy with their service. Their plans offer great value for money, and I haven’t had any issues with the network—5G works perfectly. I also used one of their roaming packages while traveling in Canada, and everything worked smoothly with no unpleasant surprises. Overall, a reliable provider that I can recommend.

Super bad service if you buy their “world” package

I have a world subscription but was just charged 470 kr from Hong Kong for 49 SMS (picture sms that never got delivered but was charged each time I tried to send) and 9 min call from Denmark to me. Called customer service and nothing they would do about it. Leaving this company for good. That’s just not ok. If you travel the world don’t use this company!!!

Since now finally Duka took it seriously (writing with trustpilot in stead of calling their customer service) I need to add that instantly when we got to Hong Kong we bought a eSIM card so that we would not be charged. Switched off roaming. But somehow apparently Duka still have the worst agreement with other providers (which they ofc pay for but can choose to change as other phone companies do). And thank you for pointing my attention to the fact that your so called “world” subscription only apply to North Amarica and Europe. Maby you change the name instead of telling me to not to be surprised. So just again if you want to travel the world don’t use Duka!!!

I'm sorry to hear about this experience.
Hong Kong however is not included in our World-subscriptions. The countries included are explicitly listed on our website, and thus it should not come as a surprise, that you will be charged, when using the phone in Hong Kong.
Moreover, we are not making any profits from usage in other countries. We simply charge customers and pay it all to other companies.

Very good so far

Very good experience so far to subscribe as an international. I previously had Lebara and it just suddenly changed my phone plan reducing the minutes towards EU countries and didn't reply to my complaint. I'm glad to have switched, this also offers more minutes and data in EU.

It's been 5 days since I've ordered a…

It's been 5 days since I've ordered a new sim kort and I still haven't received it. More than that....you deactivated my old sim kort 24 hours and now I have to find a free WiFi to be able to read my emails. Where is my sim kort? 😡😡😡😡 That's not the way to do it. I have only one phone number and people can't find me...are you brain dead???
