5 STAR for customer support and prompt response over emails . Due to some reason i was not able to proceed with my order and had to cancel it before it start so no comment on service and Mobile Broadband speed .

To begin with

To begin with, attitude is great. I would rate with 5 stars: however, there are 4. The subsequent question is why. Answer is easy, despite excellent way of communication there are space for improvement, namely, being precise. I had to spend additional time to correct my data, even to get payment e-mail. Finally, I would like to highlight the way of communication, friendly and personal. In other words, I like it.

If I could I did not get any star

If I could I did not get any star. I try to saparate 2 numbers and take from September to February. In March I get a Rykke 1 without an invoice an my phone was paid since January for 3 months. I talk to customer service twice that day and all the time manager is on her break. Second time the agent saw my payment and he say he can’t do anything without accountant to approve. And I will get answers in 1 day. Straight after I got rykke 2. I called back and he say he did not know why. I say I want to leave duka by end of the month and straight next morning still not get any answer from accountant but I get new invoice for next month. I called back to see what is happening because I usually pay every 3 month and I got sharp answer either I pay or they cut my phone line and will not be active, also regarding my answer about the previous payment for what they sent me abusive remainder after remainder I still need to wait at leat 2 more days. And If I will manage to move in time I will need to wait for refund. I will not recommend to anyone this company.

4 months to change company

Due to covid-19, I was forced to work from home and sadly had to opt for another phone company, since with Duka I couldn't have enough GigaByte to work (the max is 50 GB per month).
I started an uncomfortably long and expensive, other than inconvenient for my job, process to move my number to another company.
At first, the process was denied because of the SIM number being wrong, and was asked for 3 weeks to submit the correct number. After submitting several times the number and insisting on having done so with the other company, I was told that the real reason for the process not working was because Duka had signed me up as a company and not a private. The next step was, therefore, to get the new company to send me a document called "power of attorney". Once I signed this document and sent it another problem arose. I had previously tried to move to another company and apparently the process was still ongoing (after about 6 months). I had to call this other company and get them to stop the stagnating process.
Finally, everything seems to be in order. I called the new company and they started the process again and told me that it will take up to 30 more days, bringing me to a total of 4 months of wait.
I then called Duka to ask for some compensation for this incredibly inconvenient and expensive process (aggravated by my difficulty in understanding Danish as I have been in the country for only 8 months) and was told that I could have a month for free...in August, when my number will (hopefully) finally be moved to the other company.

Very Professional

I had issues signing up. But the sweet people at Duka helped me through the process. The new SIM arrived by mail a few days later.

They even told my old phone company to kindly feck off so I didn't have to do it myself.

They deliver as promised. No hidden fees. No Bullsh*t.

I will be recommending them to my family members.

Dont sign up.

After using Duka tale for about 3 months i wanted to change, due to poor network qualities, problems with wifi calls and unfortunate treatment doing problem solving with customer service. = 1 star.

Trying to move my telefone number is just as troublesome as one might expect after dealing with DukaTale the last 3 months.

They do not accept NEM-ID verification like any other company, they want you to print and fill out and send to certain email, and you have no way of knowing how to do this, other than calling both the new company and the Duka tale customer service. = Also 1 star.

efficient and quick help

The help provided by the customer service was quick, efficient and to the point. The adviser Sofie patiently explained the intricacies and helped me, having recently moved to Denmark, to steer the potential pitfalls of a local sim card.

I switched to a phone subscription from Duka (DukaTALE) because their price and package (incl. foreign phonecalls!) seems superior to some of the other overpriced companies here in Denmark.
So far the company seems decent. Connection over the Telia network is better than what "3" can provide.

My only complaint is the fact that they promise you can cancel the plan on a monthly basis, but they charge you for 3 months up front. Meaning that if you want to cancel, you are stuck with them for a maximum up to 3 months. Also it was not specified that you do not pay on a monthly, but 3-monthly basis. If they would provide the flexibility to pay by month I would give 4/5 or 5/5.

Edit 21-11-2018 16.15 : Duka has contacted me and told me about the monthly payment possibility. Thus, i have increased my rating to 4/5.

Our payment plan is described on our webpage, and it is correct that we have quarterly payments. This can, however, be changed to monthly if you contact us.
If you want to move your number in the middle of a period you have already paid for, that is not a problem. In this case we move your number as soon as possible, usually at the end of the month, and return whatever you have already paid.
