Did not get my money back after…

Did not get my money back after returning unused products. Only emails from customer service saving they are very busy. Just a dropshipper and scam. Dont buy!!!

Ordered the product 1st week of April

Ordered the product 1st week of April, got the generic email on how we are now processing you order. It was finally processed on April 17th..then came the shipping , it took forever. When I contacted them, they couldn't give a delivery date and placed on the blame on the courier for taking over a month to deliver a product. Product is pretty low quality, not at standard described, but in that instance you get what you pay for

Website is clean, no confusion. Found what I needed pretty quickly. Checkout was simple too. Didn’t waste time. That’s a plus.

This company is atrocious

This company is atrocious. I ordered 2 snuffle mats for my dogs. Not only did it take several weeks for my order to be finally delivered but they have sent the wrong order. I have received 2 dog leash instead of my order - and with a £10 value less than my original order.
Do not use this company.
I wish that I had seen the reviews before I had ordered. I most certainly will NEVER use this company again. Be warned and read reviews before ordering.

Simple website, no overthinking needed

The website is easy to use, like you don’t have to think too much. I found what I needed pretty quickly and didn’t get distracted by random stuff. Checkout was simple too. No weird add ons or pressure. Just clean and easy.

You have be warned.
This company is awful
Send wrong products to you
Take days to reply to your email or contact sheet
Tries to make an offer anything but a refund
Takes more days to reply
After a week you are still trying to get someone to contact you for a refund.
I will never order from this company again.
Customer service is bad, items are not cheap
Just for context I ordered x2 tracking collars for medium average sized cats. They sent me a collar that was 9cm wide and average cat collar is 5cm. The collar was even too big for their waists and I sent them proof of this.
These collars wouldn’t even fit an elephants neck.

Order #342469627 - This is my order number. I do not want partial refund. I want full refund. I don’t want apologises I want a full refund. That’s all. Make this as speedily as possible I’ve waited nearly two weeks for just a response. I want full refund retuned to me by 3-5 working days, if not I will escalate this to a fraud company, trading standards and I will contact the officials at the international consumer centre to report this company to be investigated.
Full refund asap THANKS!!!

Really awful at getting even a small item to you!

Ordered an item on 19th April trusting in the fact that the item would be received after a reasonable period of time. It is now the 30th April. The companies tracking information is flawed to say the least. This is what they say on shipping on their site Shipping Policy for Duke & Scoop

Not great

Not great. Order placed 27/3. Finally received on 28/4 after chasing many times. The feeding mat I ordered was supposed to be 51x30but is actually smaller (49x30). The fleece blanket also doesn’t match the stated measurements. Should be 52x76 but is actually 48x74. All round - if you want something quickly to the UK maybe think about ordering elsewhere. The website looks great but it over promises and under delivers sadly.

If I could live it less than one star I…

If I could live it less than one star I would! Appalling customer service, cheap and rubbish product. The product I was sent didn’t work, it took almost 4 weeks to get here despite its standard shipping of 5 days and when I emailed that it didn’t work, I was sent patronising emails with WhatsApp videos showing me how to use the product, user error was not the issue. It took about 2 weeks for anyone to respond to my email, they then offered a 20% refund on a faulty product! And they couldn’t even get my name right when corresponding. Multiple people then picked up the emails so I was having duplicate conversations. I ordered in beginning of February and this is still going on. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Do not use this company if you are in…

Do not use this company if you are in the UK. Worst customer service ever. Website states dispatch next day. 3 weeks later still not dispatched with vague responses from their customer service team. If it actually exists. Have now asked for a refund and yet to receive a reply.
