Very bad experience.
I booked the tickets on Oct 14 evening and gave my visa application to VFS on Oct 16 afternoon. The booking was showing however I contacted dummyticket.com & informed them to extend it. I recieved a reply that it was active & I should go ahead & apply for visa.
VFS was to send the documents to the embassy on Oct 17. I checked it again on Oct 17 morning & to my surprise, the ticket had got cancelled. Not sure now if I'll get my visa & if I'll be able to attend an important meeting because of these morons.

They are efficient, responsive, and very reliable. Excellent customer service.

It's been while dealing with them and placing a lot of orders. Overall they have been wonderful and doing a wonderful job. Really appreciate their work and cooperation. They lie about the length of flight reservation validity. You think you buy flight tickets reservation for 2 weeks for your visa application and they're valid for a few days maximum! It's a scam! I didn't pay for the reservation to be valid for only a few days but for 2 weeks as it takes visa officers about 3 weeks to make a decision.
Disgusting practice as people rely on the tickets for their visas to be granted.

Edit: Yes, before I bought my reservation tickets I asked your agent how long they're going to be valid for and their reply was 2 weeks. So yes, I chose the 2 week validity!

I do hope dummyticket.com could have a better customer service officer, especially handler that takes order on the WhatsApp. The handler seem to be incompetent for that position for the following reason(s):
1. Inability to communicate with clear and expressive English Language.
2. Inability to communicate professionally with clients.
3. Slow responses.

All of the aforementioned could be a reason for visa refusal in connection with ingenuine or inappropraite flight ticket which could be quite painful.
I hope all of the above are looked into so your organization will be in a better standing out there.

I’m really disappointed with this website — it feels like a scam. Before buying from them, I researched a lot about dummy tickets: how long they can be valid and how genuine they are. This company promised one thing but delivered something else.

They claim tickets can be valid for 2–3 weeks, but in reality, the ticket I received was valid for only 2–3 days. Before ordering, I even asked the seller if it could last 1–2 weeks, and he told me “YES.” But once I paid, I only got a short-validity ticket.

Thankfully, I figured this out before applying for my visa. I later found out that some airlines, like Pegasus Airlines and Turkish Airlines, actually provide fixed-price reservations that can last 2–3 weeks — and they are much cheaper and more reliable.

⚠️ My earlier review was removed because of wording, but I’ve rewritten it to make sure it follows the guidelines. I just want to share my genuine experience so others can avoid the same mistake.

Please be careful — don’t waste your money.

This ticket gave me a full visa for my trip in Mexico. I had them change my dates and got the updated ones within 24 hours. It was easy communication and everything was super smooth. My immigration stared at it in details and cleared me! I was definitely sweating under my pits but I’m very happy with this service. Good value

Here’s what happened to me:
• I placed an order for a ticket and afterwards noticed that I do not need it anymore.
• I kept texting them on Whats up for a refund for more than 10 days and everytime (I will check and get back to you).

Please be aware that the websites dummyticket.com, seamantours.com, and ktini.com appear to be operated by the same people — they share the same phone numbers and addresses. The PNRs they provide cannot be verified on airline websites, and the person who responds to messages is unprofessional and seems like a scammer.

Also, check their reviews — they seem fake and artificially inflated. Their social media accounts also appear to have mostly fake followers and engagement. They refuse to refund money under any circumstances.

These websites are not trustworthy and should not be recommended.

I have been in touch with Isaac. A very good and responsive guy he is. And overall highly reliable and competitive team. I got many visas to be approved with the because of their dummy ticket service. Highly recommendable and reliable.

I would not recommend this service to anyone. I needed my ticket for visa to book an appointment. I booked my ticket however I put the wrong date and emailed them stright after my order. They didn’t acknowledge my email and issued me a ticket.
I couldn’t use that to get the visa appointment. I have been contacting them since 4 days. Which they say wait wait wait.

I have been waiting 4 days for my ticket dates to be changed.
Because I wanted tickets urgently I asked the person how long you will take to issue he said 1-2 hours it been whole day and no response.

Because of the processing time of visa application I need the ticket at specific date

They dont understand and dont answer the phones.

If I could I would upload my chats and emails with them.

Please find someone else they are least helpful.

The UK number is also connected to someone who never answer.

They only make money.
