Having worked with Duncan Lewis (and many other similar law firms) for several years I have found DL to be consistently excellent in the client service they provide. The level of support provided to clients is second to none and the casework is unfailingly thorough and professional. Having recently worked with Raj Vardhan Choubey I can say he provides a detailed and comprehensive client service and is also skilled and compassionate in his interactions with clients.

I cannot speak too highly of the care and professionalism given to me by Ms. Rahman and others at Duncan Lewis. They completely understood the Windrush backstory and went in to bat on my behalf, to re-establish my citizenship.

Having recently engaged with Duncan Lewis as a Solisitor I wanted to represent me was one of the Directors I have been left in the uncomfortable position that they want to reallocate my case to a lesser experienced Solisitor and that my Solisitor is not available. The communication from the suggested Solisitor has been rather uncomfortable with little or no empathy. They have told me not to contact my Solisitor, with no answers to any of my questions. My last email,at the beginning of last week, to the CEO and the Client Care Team has gone unanswered.

My view was I had personally chosen my Solisitor not the firm.

Do not use this firm. They lose paperwork. They tried passing blame onto me. None of their staff seam to know what they are doing. Through my own research I found an office they advertise is actually a virtual office and it doesn’t say that on their website.

This legal firm is very difficult, I can not speak to anyone other then the Indian phone operators who either do not seem to understand English and I find it hard to understand what they are saying but seem to do everything in their power not to help you, the website needs to be updated as it says it offers legal aid but they keep on saying that they no longer offer this for civil litigation, I would appreciate if someone more senior is able to contact with me over the matter. Thanks.
