I cannot put into words how thankful I am for the time, effort, and genuine care that Jemma and her caseworker Paige at Duncan Lewis (Milton Keynes office) have put into my cases. From the very first contact, they went above and beyond. I had less than 24 hours between speaking with them and my first hearing, and Paige spent a considerable amount of time on the phone understanding my situation, my wishes, and making sure I felt heard. Jemma then worked late into the night preparing my statement.

What started as CAO proceedings quickly turned into two separate sets of proceedings running alongside each other, and Jemma immediately stepped in to represent me in both. Paige has also been incredible throughout. Before every hearing she took the time to understand my position in detail, and the statements she prepared reflected my thoughts and feelings perfectly while remaining professional and clear.
