Worst Experiance Ever

Rented A bungalow through DuncanPerry for £1200pcm and it has been the worst experiance of my Life. The Landlords family live in the neighbouring property and are the most anti social people i have ever come across ( metalworking till 10pm on sundays, dogs barking till 3am and music blaring out till late) complaints to duncan perry go unheard as they have 2 interests which are the rent and what the lanlords want. Needed to get hold of duncan perry after house was hit by lightning but they have no emergency number (or just cant be bothered to anwser) and still waiting for emergency repairs to be done after more than a week. If your thinking of renting please do yourself a favour and choose a beeter estate agent.
