Comfortable boots

Ordered a pair of toe capped boots for my daughter to use at the stables - turned up faulty with holes inside the boots - she tried them on for fit but the holes hurt her feet, additionally very poor welding of the boots.

I’ve emailed them twice but they are ignoring the emails and obviously don’t want to process the return for faulty boots. I’m going to have to contact my bank to get payment reversed.

Very poor service and suggest you buy from a company who have a good reputation.

Good solid boots. Only negative thing is small sones can get stuck in the tread if walking on stone chips.

Awesome boots, delivered quickly. I properly loved my first pair of Snugboots and wore them until the tread was flat at the back. Just purchased some Snugboots Pioneers and they are just as comfortable but with a high calf which keeps my legs warm and protects my trousers when on a pre-work dog walk. Fantastic product.

Absolutely rubbish.
My order was dropped in some neighbouring building and I never found it despite asking around in the neighbourhood. They refused to give me a refund and had the audacity to suggest that knocking on strangers doors looking for my package was not a big deal.

Big mistake to order from them. Never again.

Bought a pair of wellies about 2 weeks ago. Wore them once. The inside lining came apart which made them painful to wear a second time. Contacted Dunlop who wanted photos and then said that they will not replace them but offered me 25% to buy a new pair. Appalling response and in breach of my consumer rights.

I had an issue with holes caused by air bubbles on the toe of the wellington boots. After a couple of emails and photos I was issued a refund as they were deemed faulty.

Got myself a lovely pair of good ol' Dunlop wellies, some time ago. I chose a size larger than I normally take, for accommodating wooly socks and for ease of donning & doffing, plus metal toe-caps. Very pleased with them. As I recall, they arrived swiftly.

The only negative was getting prompted, more than once, to leave a review on their website, even though I had done so. They then asked me to send a photo of the product in action, so that gave me a laugh. I think that was then end of the irritating nudges. Possibly AI-driven (I'm guessing).

I was glad to be able to buy some robust boots fit for the task, so I would certainly buy from them again if required.
