Even more so, if one runs into a challenge that seems hard to figure out HELP IS INCREDIBLE. I personally have built websites for 15 years, but this is really painless!!!!!!!

Starting a business is madness I tell you...sheer madness. Starting an independent Film Company is complete lunacy. Be that as it may, there are certain elemental factors that are essential for continuity to increase the chances of success. One of them in, yes you guess it, internet presence. In addition to creating everything else, solidifying the business side, cast, crew, and many other needs, who has time to build a website. (Frustration kicks in here). I searched and searched and the intestinal fortitude to continue depleted at times daily without having a website. Then I came across an advertisement for Durable.co. After the skepticism, I subscribed (years ago that is) and I have used this service ever since then. Believe it or not, I actually remember the names of the Customer Service Reps that I have engaged with in regard to this Company service. There was a time I had an issue with my service and I requested to cancel. James Clift reached out to me and gave me, in film terms, "An offer I couldn't refuse." It amazed me that the CEO took time to make things right with me as a customer and not just a payment into the service his Company provides. It makes the finances one makes out in the world, worth it when it comes to Customer Service. Which brings me to current. Starting a Company like I have started, lack of finances is a factor (it is embarrassing, but I am a realist). Yesterday in the middle of the night, I reached out to Customer Service and by the time the Sun came up, Stu resolved my issue. Again, this is the type of service that makes me comfortable with spending hard earned money on every month. He got my website back online and the response time was far more quicker than I expected.

James if you read this, Stu is stellar with how he took care of this so quick for me.

I want to end this by saying, I know this may seem all colorful and embellished. I promise it is not. I mean every word about how pleasurable the Customer Service for this Company is. It's 3:33am where I am and I stopped what I was doing (revising a film script)to give this review because ultimately (as it grows), because of your services, website services is one thing that I DO NOT have to worry about.

The Durable team reached out regarding an issue I was having (which I'll gladly admit was user error...me) and their response was moments later. They were able to resolve it on their end and even sent a Loom video of how to resolve the issue on my own moving forward. Great experience with a great team!

I called Durable over July 4 holiday weekend because our website was offline and I couldn’t reach our web designer. I was so impressed with Stu in customer support, who patiently and graciously walked with me through multiple email exchanges over a few days to get me back online. His picture that showed me what to do and his willingness to go above and beyond to help were impressive. I am a huge Durable fan because of this experience! Give that guy a raise!

Easy to build a website and I’ll give them that, but: The most scammy platform I have ever seen in my entire life! Scammers contact you constantly.. No matter how much you optimise or index, it will still be invisible on search.. it’s shocking and disappointing.
