I was apprehensive initially working with the Durable product because I am a novice at web design and technology. A free website in 30 seconds seemed too good to be true. The fact Durable created a basic web page using AI within 30 seconds based on 3-4 pieces of info was phenomenal. It was far from perfect, but with some navigating and patience it looks as good as any other basic website. The web template is a little limited and challenging to modify and personalize at times, but I suspect with some more Durable customer support, I could probably perfect and add more WOW factor. My only constructive feedback is that a live customer support person would have been ideal. However, the individual in the chat really came through with guiding me every step of the way and the links that were shared provided terrific detailed illustrations on what steps to take on all my inquiries. It was impressive. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because it would have been great to speak to someone live, like GoDaddy who was equally helpful in the web hosting portion with Durable, but they offer live customer support which was a bit more efficient and personal at a stressful moment. Time will tell but so far so good.
