Free shipping is not free
I was looking for a new laptop battery for an HP 8560p. The price with the capacity, with the information ‘In stock’ and ‘Free shipping’ convinced me to order it. Unfortunately, the ‘free shipping’ is only free if you buy for a total of about 140CHF. This is not visible anywhere on the website and you only see it in the shopping basket. You learn that free is not free ;-). A little more transparency towards the customer would be nice.
Apart from that, I can recommend the webshop to anyone.

Everywhere on your internet site, you mention "free shipping".
However when checking out, you charged me CHF 11.28 shipping cost.
Only here you mention the conditions. Not nice, not transparent for a company like Duracell.
