I Fear They No Longer Exist in UK

I've been using Duragadget cases for years. They are (or were) the best you could get for the price.

I just tried to order another for a different gadget and it seems that the company is no longer in business in the UK.

I ordered last night through Amazon. This morning I had an email telling me my order had been cancelled (no reason given) and to search Amazon for the item again. I did that, ordered again (from Duragadget), and that order was cancelled a few hours later.

Their website returns 'This Account Is Unavailable'.

And I tried calling them, and the message said I'd called an incorrect number (I hadn't, I got it from eBay, and I triple-checked it).

Update: A listing on eBay says the seller is 'away until mid-November'. It seems very strange taking your phone offline and website down for something like that.

Incidentally, the name associated with Duragadget, based in West Sussex, on eBay is 'Adam Smith'. Coincidentally, there is a 5-star review from someone with the same name on here.

Also coincidentally, Duragadget's holding company is called DNS Holdings Ltd (also Sussex based), and until July 2022 they had a director also called 'Adam Smith'.

When i placed my order I received no confirmation email, no email telling me it was being dispatched or anything I only had a PayPal email as evidence. I contacted them about my order but I never got a response. I did receive my Item but I wouldn't use them again.

Great case for Kobo Glo

Bought a case for my Kobo Glo and I'm delighted. It's good quality, well constructed, has good cut outs and was a realistic price. The case is going to protect the Glo very well. Highly recommend.

Postage a rip off

Beware postal charges they offer products at low prices them bump up the postal charges I ordered a shell case from them through Amazon for my Dash Cam the post came in at nearly 50% on top of the price E bay would have been much cheaper. The case was made in China as most of these items are but was sent to me from Hungary ?

The best GoPro hard case for the money

I bought one of their Go Pro hard cases a while ago, after getting some of their batteries and getting 10% off the case. Compared to some of the cases i have seen on the market the DG one is well made and solid, with good sized cut outs, fits all of the basic kit in. No, you can't fit the chesty, car suction mount etc in - but that's not what its meant for. The buying process through their new website (has been update since i previously purchased) was very fluid, very easy to follow and feels nicer/more secure. The item arrived in a few days, no issues. Thanks Duragadget!
