So I just opened my build kit and saw that I was sent a bear creek upper that goes for $180. I received that and a $35 lower parts kit. So basically you sold me a $180 upper , marked it up $60, after the discount. Then threw in one of you lower kits. I've ordered a lot from you guys and always been satisfied but not to happy with this. If I want a bear creek I would have ordered one and saved $60. Then I opened the lower kit and it's missing pins. Have emailed them twice with no responce. Hopefully this isn't a trend.

I'll try to be brief, this could end up reading like a book.
When I saw kits on Durkin's website, I saw one I wanted, then two. The second was unavailable at that time.
Coming back a couple weeks later it was available and I wanted to order but had an upcoming obligation that dictated I might be away from home for a couple days and unavailable to immediately collect the package shipment.
After a number of email exchanges with Sarah, she went above and beyond (my opinion) to assure that my items would arrive after my obligation was satisfied and the order was shipped on my notification.
Everything was properly wrapped for protection, arrived in good order and timely manner, complete and undamaged.
"Route" was disappointing. Never received any messages concerning the "real-time" tracking, no tracking number, nor any messages at all, for that matter.
Despite what a few might say about doing business with Durkin Tactical, I will continue to do so as needed or desired.
Great job on my order, whomever may have had a part in it.

I got two Polymer80 50 Beowulf magazines and the ammo will not stay in the mags it just keep popping out I tried to take it back and the told me I have to go to Polymer80 to get anything done I paid $21 dollars each and I told them just to let me have 6.5 creedmoor tanker stainless muzzle brake that was only $29 to replace the mags so I spent $42 dollars and only want something for $29 dollars and they are giving me the run around telling me there’s nothing they can do !!
SO PLEASE DON’T SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!’

I have purchased 2 full upper kits and numerous other parts, trigger kits, BCG’s, pin and spring kits, magazines. My favorite is my Punisher engraved charging handle. I have never been disappointed. I have had every order show up exactly as ordered and on time. I have Durkin Tactical stickers in my workshop.

I have order 2 full ar-15 kits (-minus the lower stripped) shipping was great and both builds perfectly easy. Happy and will be getting a 3rd.
