Shipping was reasonable and the quality was more than expected !

Got 2 glock 19 uppers and parts kitsone of the kits was missing a pin and firing pins keep breaking when i called no one answers so i emailed them it took 3 weeks to get back to me they told me to contact the manufacturer all in all durkin tactical is trash

Dont buy from this company. Majority of the time their product is defective, missing parts, no one answers the phone, and service blames on other employees. What made me want to post on here is because I live in Pa. and 80% lowers are legal to buy or sell. On their website it says wont ship to Pa. I personally emailed them asking why or if it was a company policy. Sarah emailed me back saying the state of Pa. is not restricted and it was a website error. Then said if I made a order it will not be canceled. Guess what my order was canceled and got charge 20% for a cancelation fee. No one answers the phone and they wont respond in 24 hours. Its Friday so I wont hear anything from them till Monday possibly. This is unacceptable. Will not buy from them again and will post negative reviews if I could. Will update if I hear back.
Update: They did refund me the 20% back but refused to compensate for anything else. They said there is nothing they can do which is garbage. I asked why they couldn't sell to Pa. residents is because their attorney advised them not to sell to Pa. Even though its legal. On top of that they blocked me on facebook just for leaving a negative review. I got my 1st and 2nd amendment violated.
Update:3/28/23 @ durkin how about you use a different reply message. You have the same response for trust pilot, google review, and BBB. I would say Facebook but you deleted my comments multiple times then blocked me. Still haven’t answered why you censored me on FB.

Totally love this company only had few issues that they fix so.quickly. the only real problem was that I ordered a 20 inche quadzilla and got a single rail but still amazing quality. Buying two more and hopefully these quadrails come but it's all about availability. I'd love a durkin hoodie to support my favorite build kit company.

No warning on a sale item that they would not ship. Charged a return fee for doing nothing. No shipping to Pennsylvania because the city of Philadelphia has restrictions, which does not speak for the state. I hope you don't show up at anymore gunshows either. Lost a good customer for life.

Bought a 6.5 grendel kit because it was the cheapest legit looking website I could find one on.

Mentioned it to my friend and he said he had heard bad reviews about durkin. I got worried.

The kit came and everything went together great. Roll pins were a pain but they always are in my experience. No sights came with the kit but I may have just looked over that in the description.

Paid $20 for rush shipping on a Sunday evening and it was shipped out the next night.

For a good build without breaking the piggy bank I would definitely recommend.

Avoid like the plague. If your order gets lost in transit, they won’t lift a finger to help you resolve the issue. They will, however, deflect responsibility and make up reasons why they can’t contact the shipping company for reimbursement. Despite their fair share of bad reviews, I wanted to give them a shot. Now I see why they are on the ‘avoid’ list. I’m out $682 and have nothing to show for it. I’ll be ordering from reputable companies from now on and would recommend literally any company over Durkin Tactical. Their claim is that I ‘opted out’ of insurance. I did not. My claim is that they never filed the claim or the claim was approved and they just pocketed it. Either way, avoid Durkin Tactical and their unethical business practices. Tough $682 lesson

They replaced a defective dust cover. All looks good. But I will know after the build and test fire.

I have yet to install any of the products purchased. After inspecting what was delivered everything appears to be of high quality and in excellent condition. I will edit my review once my build is complete and functioning.

On Thursday February 23, 2023 I purchased a SB Tactical SBA4 Pistol Stabilizing Brace from Durkin Tactical. I made the purchase knowing the ATF has recently changed their stance on stabilizing
braces and now considering them a short barrel rifle. The reason why I purchased this brace is because in the description of the same product only with a buffer tube included it states "ATF
Compliant and Veteran Designed". I did not want this buffer tube, so I purchased the brace without the buffer tube. On Sunday February 26, 2023 I spoke with a friend who had more knowledge on the law that has been changed and he informed me that the brace was illegal to place on a pistol and that doing
so would consider the firearm a short barrel riffle. After looking it up myself. I came to find out that the ATF did rule that these braces are illegal to place on a pistol. I immediately sent an email to DurkinTactical to cancel my order do to it being illegal to place on my weapon. I received an email back saying they would cancel with
a 20% restocking fee, I informed them that their website is misguiding and has misleading information and that I should not have to pay a restocking fee. I then received an email stating that I am legally allowed to keep the brace as long as I follow the
parameters ATF has set. Which the parameters are that they cannot be put together or else it is a short barreled rifle and that is illegal to own without the correct paperwork. Their website states that this product is a "SB Tactical SBA4 Pistol Stabilizing
Brace". Putting this on your weapon no longer makes it a pistol. Them also stating "ATF Compliant and Veteran Designed" is also false because due to the ATF ruling, this is not an ATF compliant brace. This company is being deceitful with their products and is
now making the customer pay restocking fees for their mistakes.

Contrary to what people are saying the shipping is not fast. You do get a notice that yoir order has shipped 6 days after they get your money but when you track it you see that a shipping label was created is all and your order is still sitting there. If it werent for this they would be perfect but they are taking the wrong path like most other companies. The shipping times will get longer and longer. They better fix the problem now.

A piece accidentally was left out of my original delivery. The company rep was sending me individual emails until the problem was solved. Not pre-formed snotty responses but actual human communication. That kind of one-on-one interaction is mostly missing in today’s mail order world.
Also, the finished rifle works perfectly.

I placed an order and immediately found out I had an unexpected financial obligation that took priority over my build. Within 20 min of placing my order I requested a cancellation of my order. I was told I had to pay a 20% restocking fee. Honestly after only 20 min?!! The parts never left the shelf. I would understand if the parts had to be returned but 20 min after the order! I wanted to physically speak to someone but there is NO phone support for this company. They also needed to request the purchase cancellation from another employee that was not in at the moment. I finally got a purchase cancellation two days later and got my “refund” minus 20% three days later. They kept my 20% but lost ALL future business from me. They sacrificed multiple hundreds of dollars for 20% of one cancelled order. I am a loyal customer that had already spent multiple hundreds with them and now I wish I never gave them a single cent. Garbage company. Everyone needs to know that they are more willing to keep 20% for an immediately cancelled order that keep a loyal customer happy.
