Customer service was fantastic
Customer service was great, had a couple questions, emailed and had response next day, easy purchase and fast shipping, expected it to not ship in a week, had it 4 days after purchase. Couldn’t find barrel nut, emailed them and next day was politely informed to check inside the handguard, there it was. Completely satisfied and will purchase again soon

I only wish there was a rating less…
I only wish there was a rating less unfortunately there isn't. Because I didn't pay you an extra insurance money you say you aren't responsible for me not getting a refund or replacement that's something a Crack salesman would say. Any business don't have a phone number to talk to someone. You rat's would rather have negative reviews over $214.48 either a refund or replacement. You're a public company that treats people like their trash once you get your money.
That's a third party insurance has nothing to do with your company. You're responsible for your own business. Because I didn't contract with them don't let you off the hook. Be a responsible business take care of your problems I di6get the products either refund or replace it. If I had bought the insurance do I get paid double or a refund of the insurance if it makes? Don't hide behind that over $224.48. You're going to lose more business over it if people reads reviews before buying than doing what's right.
