Good but arrived damaged
We had to wait a long time to receive the side tables I ordered. I did know this when I placed the order but having waited around six weeks to get them they were damaged when they arrived. My partner managed to fix them up enough so they look fine now so we didn’t return them as I couldn’t be bothered with the hassle. The tables look very nice and they were reasonably priced. The communication was good from Dusk regarding delivery and I’m sure they would have dealt with the issue had I bothered to raise it. I’ve also had bar stools from Dusk which are perfect and we’re very happy with them. Overall, the product quality is good for the price.

Dusk as always never fail to deliver…
Dusk as always never fail to deliver quality products at a great price. I use them for my towels, facecloths, bedding, furniture. If they sell it I buy it. I have very fussy taste and if something is not good quality then it’s going back, but I’ve never had a problem with dusk. Cannot rate them highly enough. The only problem is I can’t stop spending!

Absolutely Incredible Bed! Exceptional Quality & Storage
I am beyond thrilled with my super king size Wiltshire Ottoman bed from DUSK!
From start to finish, the experience has been absolutely seamless.
The quality is absolutely outstanding it feels incredibly sturdy, premium, and looks far more expensive than it actually was. The design brings a gorgeous, high end look to my bedroom.
We went for the super king size and what really blows me away is the ottoman storage. The gas lift mechanism is so smooth and effortless to use, and the storage space underneath is massive. It easily fits all of my large, heavy duty storage boxes, keeping everything completely hidden away and perfectly organised while saving so much space.
If you are on the fence about ordering because of past reviews about late deliveries etc, don’t hold back just do it. They were right on time. With a fantastic delivery team who called 20 minutes before they arrived and even carried it upstairs for me too!
I absolutely couldn’t love it more. BTW I’m writing this from my new, beautiful, stylish, incredibly practical & exceptionally well made luxury bed.
In case you hadn’t guessed already I honestly couldn't be happier with my purchase so here’s 10/10! I highly recommend DUSK! And I cannot wait for my new Mattress to arrive on Wednesday now! Thank you!

Bought a small sofa and chair
Bought a small sofa and chair. Looks ok but was obviously cheap - you get what you pay for I guess. Decent quality for the price but the fabric was crunchy not soft as expected.
Delivery company were atrocious! 3 grown men couldn’t get the sofa up the stairs so they left it. Lazy, men who couldn’t be arsed to engage their brains! I managed - on my own!! - to get it up the stairs. Pathetic. One didn’t bother getting off the phone the whole time, the second looked like he was a product of cousin marriage and the third was the only one who bothered to do anything. I got the impression they didn’t like a woman directing operations. My view but isn’t that the purpose of reviews?

Purchased bedding however the pillowcases have to be purchased separately. When they arrived they were two different colours. Requested a return it’s now awaiting authorisation I doubt I will get a refund quickly very slow procedure.

The quality and value are perfect
The quality and value are perfect, delivery was easy to organise and availability was great, the rewards system is what took it from 5star to 5star + for me!
My only points for improvement would be Dusk having its own finance options over Klarna etc, and the duvet covers coming as sets inc pillowcases rather than separates because lets be realistic, you dont order a cover without matching pillowcases, extras yes but to not have them in with the duvet cover? (was an oversight on my part) but I think is a general standrard at other department stores
Would still recommend highly!
