I am delighted with the bed!
The bed frame was of excellent quality and instructions were very well written.
The overall appearance of the bed is exactly as expected

Product easy enough to assemble but came covered in scratches on the top and sides that are visible.

Good product company kept me informed when delivery was expected

Delivery service was appalling took 3 attempts
Waited in for 2 days having arranged days off and company Arrow XL didn't show.. even after receiving a call in the morning advising they were 40 .minutes away... Dusk customer service were sympathetic and helpful to an extent.. but third party Delivery agent shocking

Still waiting for the rest of my bed! Only half of it delivered….

I had originally ordered ascot ottoman in taupe and when I went to build it, I found the headboard was damaged. I contacted customer service and Gaelle was brilliant. She responded quickly, with clear communication, and her support throughout the process was much appreciated. I'm very happy with the quality of the bed and would happily buy from Dusk again.

Great items, reliable delivery.

From ordering to delivery it was really easy and stress free. It took a little less than the 2 hour assembly time given on the instructions and they were clear and all the tools and screws were clearly packed and labeled. The bed is gorgeous and is exactly what we wanted.

Delivered on the date quoted when ordered. Easy to put together and hardware parts included spares. Lovely colour and looks really beautiful in my daughter’s bedroom. Very happy with the service and quality of the product.

Item was delivered and it was damaged, couriers made a note of this on the delivery. Have contacted dusk twice but had nothing to say they have received our email or a response. Very worried about being ignored or the contact us page not working and not being able to contact anyone about this. Can't find a number to call, just an online form.

So pleased with our decision to buy the Cheshire Ottoman bed! It is so gorgeous and the fabric is lovely, the design is perfect and I was pleasantly surprised at how well made it is. For the price I thought it might not be so good but it is solid. Easy to put together, one thing would be that the fabric for the floor is impossible to put on once you’ve made the frame of the bed is huge - you can’t tip it on its side. So put it on the floor first or don’t worry about it.

Beautiful table and chairs, little disappointed I pre ordered but still had to change my chairs 2 months into waiting as weren't getting back in stock. However was worth the wait and colour change

Everything was very straight forward and the mattress is the best we’ve slept on.

Easy to order, easy to pay, very efficient and professional. FedEx definitely the best carrier to use for this purchase, very good service, 5 star delivery guy.

Read the order wrong and only the quilt cover arrived, then had to separately order the pillow cases, not a great system as usually the pillow cases come with the cover, yet another delivery charge

I have now made several purchases from Dusk and have been more than satisfied with them all. I love the organisation of the website and I find the price range very reasonable.
I also appreciate the notification that an item, previously viewed, has fallen in price. This is an excellent example of Dusk's customer service.
The delivery service is often much quicker than the estimate which is another example of customer care.
I would highly recommend Dusk as a quality -productive online store which has innovative, affordable designs.
