I purchased a waffle dressing gown and as the order went through I realised that I hadn’t chosen the size, it was only when I saw the confirmation that I had ordered a small but wanted a medium. I rang customer services but was waiting in a queue so requested a call back it didn’t take long before Heidi rang me back who was extremely helpful and checked to see whether the garment had been dispatched in order to change the size but it had so she couldn’t, Heidi suggested that I except the delivery and try it for size which I did and it was perfect, exceptional value for money and very well made, so grateful for her advice and help. 😁👍

I really like the rug I ordered however…
I really like the rug I ordered however I have marked it down as I needed it quickly and so paid for Next Day Delivery. It didn't turn up the next day and so I contacted Dusk and to be fair they immediately refunded the delivery fee. However it took 6 days to arrive!! Whilst this is down to the delivery company, suppliers need to keep the pressure on delivery companies to uphold their end of the deal and this is not the first time I have been let down by this delivery company.

We ordered two settees one came damaged emailed Dusk they came back with an apology and offered refund or replacement went for a replacement, new one delivered just over a week. Well done Dusk very impressive and good quality furniture.

Duvet cover
I ordered a duvet cover from Dusk recently. After an issue with the cover I contacted customer services. Vilani handled the case expediently and professionally. Very impressive customer service! The cover is super soft and has a lovely pattern. I will definitely be ordering from Dusk again.

Duvet cover
I ordered a duvet cover from dusk. The item arrived quickly and well packaged. After a hitch with the first cover Dusk rectified this exceptionally well. They remedied the issue almost immediately and very professionally. I will definitely order from them again.
The cover is super soft with a nice pattern and well priced.

Dusk only reply to the positive reviews! Still no confirmation of delivery!
Following on from my previous review, I am still awaiting any form of contact regarding a bedframe I purchased in April! The final date of delivery is tomorrow and no contact, nothing! Disappointing!
I also note that Dusk only respond on Trust Pilot reviews that are positive and never respond on any negative reviews, which leaves customers disappointed and dissatisfied.
