A couple of hours after I made a purchase, I received a quite deceptive email inferring that my purchase did not go through, including this statement:

"Your selected items are waiting for you to
complete your purchase"

followed by a link back to my shopping cart. It was a ruse to get me to return to the website and shop some more. My order was fine. It was already being processed. There was no apology, just a salesman named Alex who did nothing but argue with me.

I have made 9 purchases from Dutchwaregear since 2020. All orders for stocked products have been shipped out either same day or next day if I ordered late. Custom orders are handled well within the lead times shown on his website. All items have been packaged nicely and everything received as ordered. I have seen zero defects from quality, workmanship or wear and tear. I do not have any issues with their management of customer issues, because I have not experienced any.
