No customer service response and postal charges
I recently bought a jacket that was too big and would like to exchange it but there is not an exchange option sent with the parcel. Online, it suggests going through your order history to make an exchange but I purchased the item through guest checkout.
I've emailed twice for support on how to initiate an exchange but there has been no response for the past two weeks and the return date limit has passed.
I would pay to return the item but I don't trust the company would refund me.

Would Purchase From Again
After seeing all of the negative reviews on here, I was skeptical about ordering, however, this company could not have been better. I ordered some trousers which were on sale and significantly cheaper than anywhere else, they arrived within two days (from Northern Ireland to England) and although I had to send the item back as it did not fit properly, they refunded me quickly. The product was not counterfeit as other reviews have mentioned. I would definitely purchase from this company again.

I was skeptical, but would 100% use DV8 again!!
Was skeptical as had never heard of DV8 before, and their website didnt look the most trustworthy. But I wanted something which was out of stock everywhere else. So I placed an order on Weds, and got the item no more than 24 hours later without any issues what so ever, and all for a very decent price.
I Would 100% order from DV8 again!!

I have taken the time to look back at your order and can see that there was an issue regarding delivery of your order.
I can see that you had contacted us for support and we had provided you with additional information and directed you towards our delivery partner in order to arrange a mutually convenient re-delivery.
We didn't hear from you again after this so I presume that the interaction that you describe was perhaps with the delivery company. Nonetheless we are sorry for any inconvenience experienced.
We now offer Express Delivery with DHL and customer satisfaction on that service is excellent.

Shocking service
Shocking service, I ordered product on line which didn't arrive. There was an issue with the courier delivering to the wrong address. Dv8 on line customer service didn't want to know as far as they were concerned they couldn't care less if I got the item or not.
The on line service person was extremely rude and really shouldn't be be in a customer contact role.
I won't shop with the again, which I'm sure won't worry them, but I'll tell everyone about their terrible service.

I have located your Order on our system and can see from the notes that you used PayPal to checkout and that you had selected the wrong delivery address from your saved/previous addresses.

The Worst Service
Giving one star because I can’t give zero. Website says order before 21 Dec for Christmas delivery. Still hadn’t arrived 24 Dec when it eventually arrives if it ever does sending it back. Buying elsewhere. Update 28th Dec still no delivery. So looking like it will be 2021 before it arrives. Update now waiting for an email for 2 days and the order still hasn't arrived 30th Dec.

I have located your Order on our system and can see from the notes that you had selected the Economy Shipping Option.
At the time we were advertising the following "NEED IT FOR CHRISTMAS? - CHOOSE EXPRESS DELIVERY FOR GUARANTEED DELIVERY".
The advertisement did specify that it was the 'Express' Delivery option that guaranteed delivery for Christmas, and so in choosing the 'Economy' option you should have expected the package to be delivered within 5-7 Working days (well after Christmas). NB: working days exclude all weekends and Bank Holidays.
We trust that this resolves your query, but in the unlikely event that you do require any further information you can reach us by replying to your Order Confirmation email.

Awful service, delivery came two weeks late all for my item to be fake/replica and not authentic with obvious faults. Definitely do not recommend.

I have been able to find your order and in reading the notes I can see the following;
Your order was placed during Black Friday Deals Week in the year in which the Covid-19 Pandemic had majorly disrupted the delivery network.
We had advertised two shipping options;
- "ECONOMY, Royal Mail, 5-10 Working Days, Expect Delays"
- "EXPRESS, DHL, 1-2 Working Days"
You had selected the Economy option and as per the information provided in the checkout, delivery took 9 Working Days (13 calendar days from order).
As regards our products I assure you that we are an Official Retailer to some of the best known brands in the UK clothing market and as such all of our products are authentic.

The staff were so helpful and even though they didn't have what she needed in stock, they tried suggesting other things and also other places, giving clear instruction where we could locate those places. Lots of Plastic Packaging
The clothing is fine, but this firm are still using (lots of) non-recyclable plastic packaging to send out their items. This behaviour needs to be discouraged by customers refusing to accept plastic wrappings.

We appreciate your feedback on this issue, however with the exception of the outer packing bag, all other packaging comes from the supplier/manufacturer of the product - something that we as the retailer have no control over.
We value your sincerely held viewpoint, but equally, I really don't believe it is accurate or fair, to say that 'we' use lot's of non-recyclable plastic packaging when this is how the items are received, by us, from the supplier.
We do make every effort to be as environmentally friendly as is possible.
