Wednesday 26th July Ballymoney store…
Wednesday 26th July Ballymoney store Northern Ireland. Received a cut to my neck after trying a jacket on. It did draw blood, the price tags need moving. I did report it to the staff. Please review where you put them.

Money taken- no delivery
I placed an order and had a confirmation email. The next day they emailed saying that order had been cancelled as payment was not confirmed. The money has been taken from my account but I don’t have the order! No contact details for the company. Avoid!

Terrible Service
Went in for a pair of vans checkered slipons the first time and I was left waiting for 10 minutes until they came back down and told me there's only 1 size nine as the other nine was sold with a size eight, second time I go in I asked for a pair of vans black and green in size nine left waiting for a while until they came down and said ohh can't find them, absolutely disgusting no coordination very careless staff I won't be shopping in their again especially for a pair of shoes.

This is in regards to the Dv8 in Monaghan town. My friend went in today to buy a dress for a wedding. Was told she wasn’t allowed to bring shoes in changing room. Went out of changing rooms with dress on to try on the heels, and staff member approached her. She asked my friend did she need help with sizes, and then pointed to her stomach area saying “it just doesn’t do much for you in that area does it”. My friend was very upset and left the store with no purchase. The staff member was tall and blonde. Personally I am disgusted with this encounter, as I have worked in retail myself and this is just not acceptable. So many young girls have body dysmorphia and struggle with body confidence, hence why I’m leaving this review. Be kind, it’s not that hard, especially if you’re in retail. Otherwise leave your job.

Terrible company - Reporting to BBB
Terrible company and I will be writing to the Better Business Bureau about this place. I ordered shoes which charged me for alleged 2 day shipping. I did not receive the shoes in 2 days. I didn’t even receive a confirmation email thanking me for placing the order initially. When I reached out to customer service, I was told that they were busy and that the shoes would be shipped out, still expecting 2 a day shipment, another 2 data past and I didn’t receive the shoe. I emailed again and customer service says that they mailed the shoes and that they emailed me. I never received an email. I let them know that I never received a receipt email for the purchase, not had I received a shipment confirmation email. I also asked about the sizing of the shoes before they sent the shoes to me and I told them to change the size based on what they told me because the website did not have a size chart, long story short, they regular, usps mailed me the shoes. They literally came in the shoebox. No packaging, just a taped up shoe box. They also came in the size that I ordered prior to speaking with them. When I reached to let them know that I want to exchange them, similar to other customers, they stop responding. The timeframe has not expired to exchange; however, the website claims that you need an email from them in order to exchange, so like the other customer, I’m afraid to send the shoe back because I may not get my money back. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau though. As this shady business needs to be addressed. I’m tired of scammers and shady salespeople. Enough is enough

Regarding the Castlebar store
Regarding the Castlebar store, I would really advice that the staff there at present should be replaced as quickly as possible , bother females are just absolutely the rudest 2 staff I have met in a very long time , my daughter and her friend went in shopping and they were followed around the shop untill they left , bar when they went into the changing which I went with them , they were whispering and literally on their backs whilst shopping ! I felt very intimidated and insulted that we were been watched as of we wer doing something wrong ! My daughter bought a dress and the red haired one followed her up to the checkout stood behind her untill she paid , then she walked right behind her untill she left the shop ! We will definitely not be returning to this store and it is very easy to understand why there is never any customers in there !! Disgraceful staff members

Brilliant service
Brilliant service. Bought a pair of UGG sandals for my wife £15 cheaper than any other site. They are genuine and with all labels. Didn’t pay for express delivery but the free delivery was very quick- 3days and it was tracked via Royal Mail. Would definitely buy from this site again. Great service at a brilliant price

Never heard of the website before, found a coat online for my son after looking in various shops, half the price and his size in stock. Read mixed reviews online but thought I’d try it for myself. Ordered Thursday morning by 9am, expected delivery 5-7 days. It was despatched the same day which was a pleasant surprise! Royal Mail attempted delivery the next day however I didn’t realise a signature was required. I rearranged delivery and it arrived today! Really pleased with the the whole process, my son loves the coat and we will definitely order from DV8fashion again. Thank you 😊 10/10.

A very good experience ordering from DV8. Bought some Vans slip ons and was a bit wary after reading some mixed reviews on here but relieved to report I had a very good experience. Was impressed with how quickly they arrived, good communication throughout and very good value compared to other sale prices.
Customer service is dismal
I’ll start with a positive note, delivery of my purchase took 10 days to arrive in Australia. Now for the one star rating: 1. I paid for product and thankfully checked my email thereafter as they were going to cancel my purchase unless I responded in 24 hours via email to accept 30 day delay of receipt. Note 11 hour time zone difference. If I’d missed the email they would have cancelled my order. I responded acknowledging delay but communicated my issue in receiving an email to reconfirm purchase. Would be more service focused to just advise of delays and if I had issues “I could cancel”. 2. I asked for tracking number and after 3 seperate emails telling me I didn’t pay for tracking they provided it. I paid via PayPal so it’s DV8 obligation to share tracking. I wanted proof of dispatch also. This is one of the messages from M from DV8 - We do not take the item down to the post office and get a receipt for every package. As we process hundreds of orders every day so Royal Mail (the UK postal service) come and collect the packages from us. Yesterday and today are public holidays in Northern Ireland so they have not collected it yet, however, when they do the following reference will be activated and you will be able to check it on the below website.
Please note, this is not a step by step tracking service, it is just to prove firstly that the package was collected and secondly that the package was delivered.
So M talks to clients like children. I did have step by step tracking. The link he sent after my third email was proper tracking. I’m happy I’ve received my purchase but would never shop with this retail chain again

RANDOM REFUND
I ordered a pair of shoes 4 days ago. Then I got a random email today from paypal saying they refunded me and haven't emailed me to say why they refunded me so now I'm confused if im getting the shoes or not.
