Top service!

These guys were the only place I could find the colour and size Converse that I wanted , and shipped them super quickly all the way to me in Australia. I'll be back !

Very bad customer service

I paid extra for express delivery , so far 3 days nothing arrive, delivery was showing on Friday the 9 th of January but item got hold at airport full day, dhl send me notice that delivery will be late, so why you do not want to admitted and take responsibility.today is Monday 12 of January, still no delivery at all

You placed your order at 23:49 on Wednesday.

As advertised (on the Shipping information page and in the checkout) any orders placed after 3pm are processed on the next Working Day.

That meant that your order shipped on Thursday.

As advertised (on the Shipping information page and in the checkout) Working Days exclude Saturdays and Sundays.

This means that an order shipping on a Thursday, on a 1-2 Working Day service, is expected to be delivered on the Friday / Monday.

Therefor your delivery is still within the advertised delivery window and is expected to be delivered on Monday.
