This is the WORST most DISHONEST…

This is the WORST most DISHONEST business there is. While trying to order Moana 2 I’m online asking questions. Their website GLITCHES and you end up with the wrong dvd. Even taking a screenshot they claim it was MY mistake. They refused even with the proof sent to negotiate postage of CORRECT dvd claiming I’d changed my mind. They then REFUSED to refund the full amount claiming once again I changed my mind. JOSH is an arrogant, rude, conceited individual. They get their money by ripping people off. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
PS: while in the response to my HONEST review they are still claiming they are not responsible. So…. While I was talking to them online they actually STILL HAD Moana 2 in stock. Because they sent me the email telling me my order was accepted and being processed for posting. So they are STILL lying. I received a whole .28 CENTS in refund. So you will get charged postage when ordering which is fair, although many are postage free, then you have to pay postage to send the item back which was the wrong one in the first place, then you have to pay postage AGAIN for the correct one. That is 3 lots of postage. $23.85 in total. Liars and thieves.

During communication with the customer, they were advised that Moana 2 [DVD] was not in stock and available for purchase. As there is no ability to place an order for an out of stock item, the customer was informed they can only sign up for a restock notification for the item.

The order placed was for Moana [DVD], which was correctly selected and processed. No issues were raised during the ordering process or after receiving an order confirmation email.

When a return was later requested, we offered support in line with our standard change-of-mind return policy. This policy outlines that return postage is not covered in cases where the item received matches what was ordered, and that the original postage is also non-refundable.

We’re always open to resolving customer concerns fairly and respectfully. However, we do not tolerate abusive or aggressive communication toward our team.

Our goal remains to provide a professional, honest, and helpful service, and we can always be contacted via chat support or email. Anyone with questions or concerns are always encouraged to contact us at any point during their transaction.

Rare steelbook titles with stellar postage packaging to prevent damage

Really impressed with the overall service offered by DVD Hub: stocking rare and special edition (such as Steelbook) titles that are often not released by local distributors (especially since some are no longer releasing any physical media in Australia).

The best part is their understanding that they have a special and valuable product, and packed my three titles so well with plenty of padded protection, ensuring my order arrived without damage. Definitely more than you can say for gambling a purchase from overseas retailers who offer little to no packaging (and therefore a high chance of receiving a damaged product). My order shipped quickly, and arrived within the provided timeframe from Australia Post.

Reaching out to support to ask a question (new topic, unrelated to my order) led to a friendly and genuinely helpful response.

Really impressed with the offerings of DVD Hub - definitely will be a return customer.

Really Bad Customer Service in your…

Really Bad Customer Service in your face We couldn't care less "F" Off if you don't like it. On their website, website states quite clearly 3 DVDs for $55, but my total came to $92.80 delivered. I asked them why and got the above attitude. I wouldn't waste your money on this website go elsewhere people. I would rather pay a little more $$$ and buy from Amazon Australia 🇦🇺 and get free delivery. Absolute rubbish 🗑 behaviour from an Australian business...Shameful to say the least. 😡🤬
