The software is working fine as long as Google doesn't change anything . So the quality of the support team is essential, and so far the support team provides a quick and excellent service.

I have downloaded videos that have enriched my personal archive and I would never had these videos without this tool. I like the fact that there are people to help with any problem you might face, without giving up the efforts to slove the problem no matter how difficult it might be.

This USED to be one of the best software bundles out there. I even bought the lifetime premium. Now, it freezes every time I try to use it for even a single song. It has quite literally rendered itself useless (as it can no longer function at all, let alone properly). Not worth it, don't waste your money. I wish I could get my money back, but this company is a bunch of scam artists that can't even put a 'contact us' button on their website. Complete trash, avoid at all costs. Try an online program instead. A literal brick is more useful than this software.

I purchased a lifetime license key for a program two years ago. Now the program has been updated and the key no longer works. I was told I needed to purchase a new key. After contacting the service center, my key was reactivated free of charge and very quickly.

I purchased the 2025 LIFETIME Premier edition of YouTube Downloader. In 2026 I used the program and it announced it had an updated version. I clicked it. It said it was recommended to erase the old version. I said yes. It installed the new program but it took away the premier edition features. I had to re-buy them and I couldn't get the old version back. This is SCAMING

I have a lifetime premium membership. The "lifetime" lasted only 11 months. Now they want me to pay again for version 2026. This feels like a scam. The software has always been buggy. Sometimes it doesn't work for weeks, and now this.

Recent changes on YT made an update of DVDVideoSoft necessary, unfortunately. Well, I frequently use the MP3 Converter to save audios for my band's rehearsals. I had some problems to install the new programme on my pc. Thanks to Anna Malter, she was patient and very helpful. Finally I can do my work again. Kind regards from my band members, too.

Well I've had their premium service foe a few years
Then they changed to a paid service 60.00 life time
a year and a half after that, they changed software
again want another payment so much for life time

Without the premium version, nothing works at all. When you purchase the premium version, there is no indication of how long it lasts, and from one day to the next, the software automatically updates itself and asks you to purchase it again.
If you try to keep using the old version with your license key, you are redirected to the website to download it. You download it, enter the key, and it still does not work.
Even with the “premium” version, issues are constant: continuous pop-ups advertising their other software, and songs that still cannot be downloaded from YouTube due to unexplained “errors”.
Overall, a very frustrating and misleading experience.

No nonsense, your team just get on with it. I have been lucky to have Anna & Alexis replying to the occasional query - which to them is day-to-day stuff, but for Mr Normal Person it can be a CRISIS! Well done to you all, very professional. Rgds, AB, Norfolk, UK.

I bought a license for the downloader app in December and now, a few weeks later wish I hadn't the app says I need to pay again. Customer support is a maze of irrelevant web pages, dead ends, apparently trying to divert me from any solution. Feels like a rip-off and I would advise anyone considering DVDSoft to look elsewhere.
