I have been using DVD video saw for years now and I love the applications that I use on my Mac. I find it very useful and helpful to obtain videos or music from YouTube. In the past, there has been a couple glitches which were rectified with Support via email. therefore, I am very pleased with their service and apps and would recommend this to any PC or Mac user.

DVDVideoSoft - simply awesome!! Have used this system for many years and it works brilliantly. Yes odd glitches but the tech support is outstanding. Very highly recommended.

I purchased this software many years ago, and it is so easy to use. I am by no means a wiz with tackling computers and that such. But I can use this software.! The support team are second to none! Any question or issue I have is resolved extremely fast! I couldn’t be happier!

I'm very happy with the support I received! I had an issue with the program, error 100003. It wouldn't download at all. The support team responded quickly and identify what is the problem due to Windows programs. They gave instructions what to do, and the download worked now. Very thank the support team.

I've been using youtube mp3 downloader for several years. My use is a little on and off and so I would extpect it to need updating from time to time especially if a download error occurs. The key is to contact their helpline promptly. They are always quick getting back with an update/ fix (just requires reloading software - usually within 24h. Reccommended.

Hi! As usual, a basic technical problem through one of their main apps considering updates, logical tho. In less than 24h, the support does answer & recall my "ticket", solving the situation; they never disappointed me by their features, by the prompt answers & the technical approach on the various issues I did encounter. A decade using dvdvideosoft, thanks to the humans behind the software !

I've been using this product for several years now, ever since it was first offered. It works great for me and I've found it extremely useful and safe. Like with any program, it occasionally needs tweaking. But the owners & managers are always extremely friendly and helpful. If there's a problem, they get it solved. And they stay in contact with you, so you're not left wondering if a problem is being solved. It is.

I bought the app from the competitor because I spend 1 entire night downloading 1 video to mp3, and ended up with a 40 second preview... Can't do nothing with their 'Free Youtube to mp3' converter. I take lying and wasting my time very seriously, and switched to 4k, because they actually let you try their program first.

Oh, and the app uninstaller leaves files and folders in the path: C:/users/your-user-name/AppData after uninstalling, so that's bad coding.

I had a small issue with the playlist downloads and reached out to the DVDVideoSoft support team. They responded quickly and provided a solution that worked! The app is working smoothly again, and everything is back to normal.

This is a great suite of applications and the support matches the quality of the product!

I have been a customer of DVDVideoSoft for several years, and over those years I have had issues. I admit I am not a very tech savvy person. I have reached out time and time again for their assistance for both major and minor issues, and every time they have guided me through to a satisfactory conclusion, and they have done it very quickly. They seem to be a very down-to-earth group of people working there, and I'm on a first name basis with some of them. In fact, if I were to run into any of them, I would let them buy me a beer. That was a joke (I'm not a drinker) but their excellent customer service is definitely NO JOKE

Thank you so much for the help! I couldn't get my Premium password to work, but you fixed it, and now everything is working smoothly again. I've been using it for years, and it's without a doubt the best and most comprehensive. I really appreciate the quick help!
