This company is very prompt responding to issues that arise with downloading from time to time.
I have used their software for many years and would never dream of using anything other than their Free Studio.

Simple and effective software suite.
I originally got this software so I could save YouTube videos to use in training security guards because having a downloaded MP4 video is so much better than an internet link. The software is easy to use and the results are excellent. I have also used the video editing and YouTube to MP3 elements which are also very simple and effective. Customer service is fast, friendly and very helpful. I would not be without this software suite now.

Excellent Customer Service
I have used DVDVideoSoft software for many years and inevitably I have 1 or 2 issues such as not downloading or software drops out
The key measure of a company is how the react when something goes wrong. Using the customer support link I have always had a reply within 24 hours with a suggested solution. If the solution doesn't work support continues until it is fixed
They also communicate in a language I can understand

I'm very happy with the support I received! I had an issue with the program. It wouldn't download at all, then you suggested that I deleted all programs and downloaded it again. The support team responded quickly and guided me through the process. You gave instructions what to do, and it worked, but then I was asked to activate the program.
I didn't have the activation code, but you sent me one, and now everything is working fine. Thank you so much for your professional help!

I have stuck with their YouTube to MP3 Converter rather than other options as I prefer its functionality despite the fact that on occasions it has stopped working. Their support has been very helpful: there is a prompt reply once notified; the issue being identified, a solution is found and with the app reinstalled, everything works perfectly again.
