Imperative when in a tight spot

I've used the system at a number of different agents in different roles within Property Management over the years to organise and manage my workload across various portfolios of different sizes and complexity.

The key benefit throughout has been the ability to access information you need on a building when you're out and about and raise works orders from site, also being able to notify residents immediately of any management updates has been especially helpful for site visits as a PM & within Building Manager/DM roles where I've been primarily site based - especially when it's an urgent issue that needs to be dealt with immediately - to be able to contact contractors, raise a work order and let everyone know what is happening as it happens, instead of relying on emails & phone calls has really been crucial in the process.

Dwellant best system I've used!

As a property manager myself I've used a few different systems over the years, but Dwellant by far is the best. Approving invoices is so much quicker and simpler we don't have contractors waiting too long for payments anymore. The speed and ease at which you can carry out tasks such as work orders is such a relief as other systems were making my life as a PM very hard.

Dreadful External Company

The PM company I work for has spent time and money for this product, and it is not user friendly. We should be easily able to see our clients in a comprehensive way, but the details being put into the system by an external company are not accurate and do not allow us to easily find the tenants we are looking for; there are duplicates and missing tenants. The excuse for that . . 'I can't see it at my end' - despite sending over screenshots of what I described. I've been told I need to access the details here, there and everywhere and not to take a tone with them. it seems the company we hired aren't willing to take their side of the responsibility, but don't worry, I will leave them a separate review. Dreadful service.

There is company’s out there promoting this rubbish . Selling it to unsuspecting victims in the property management world.

Got an issue with my personal data in…

Got an issue with my personal data in the system. I therefore called help desk, which was surprisingly all options went to pre-recorded answers. I therefore have to write email to them. However email can't be delivered. I hence believe customer service is non existent and this business seems to me as not trustworthy..

23 days to reply to a help ticket with a response that failed to address issue

Couldn't log in to my property management company's website so raised a help ticket on 12 June with Dwellant (who run the site) as an onsite message advised, explaining that the codes I'd been sent by SMS didn't work.

23 days later on 5 July, Dwellant finally replied with a load of generic guff about how to request SMS codes (which I'd received) and to make sure my PMC had my correct mobile number - which they did because I'd received the login SMS codes - and nothing at all about what to do if the SMS codes I'd been sent didn't work.
