I just purchased a Graf von Faber-Castell Anello pen from this company and I am absolutely delighted with it as well as the first class service I received.
They always offer excellent value for money with items accurately described. Postage is fast and goods arrive carefully packaged.

Dylan Stephens Pens were so easy to deal with. I wanted to sell a Mont Blanc pen I'd had for years but no longer used. Never sold a pen before. They came up on google so I read the trustpilot reviews and decided to take a chance. I sent pics of my pen to Steve on Whatsapp, he made me an offer the same day, I was happy with the offer. The next day I posted the pen by Royal Mail, signed for and insured and 2 days later the money landed in my account. From finding them to payment in 4 days. No hesitation in recommending them.

It's my third deal with Steven both in selling and buying pens. He is always consistent prices are reasonable. I recommend buying your pens from Steven.

The pens you buy are authentic and accurately described. They came in one day of purchasing them, packed very well.

In terms of selling my special edition Montblanc and accessory, I had no issue contacting them and they responded extremely promptly with a reasonable price. Again as soon as they received the item the bank transfer was done in 24 hours.
