Shipped fairly fast, one week from China to California. There's tracking but there's no ETA so every morning I check the tracking.

They listen to public comments. For instance, when people reported a wrong paint scheme for the empennage, the company immediately responded and fixed the problem.

I have purchased many Dynam rc airplanes over the past 10 years. This Model used a very low quality foam. It feels brittle. Also the decals are ripped and applied very poorly. The bottom rudder hinge is broken off and missing. The canopy release mechanism is broken or not operating correctly. The canopy also flexes too much and has gaps mid way (I will glue some magnets to help the stability). The plane looks good from far away, but once your up close the flaws are very bad. Extra glue lumps on the cowl fuselage that were just painted over. Over all finish is just is simply low quality. I own over 50 rc airplanes.

Had a servo that was broken and got it touch eith their customer service and we're extremely nice and helped by sending a couple replacement servos!

Dynam model shipped fast, well packed. The attention to detail is noticed.

Dynam makes great products.. and they always have parts available.. I've been with Dynam for 10 years... And their aircraft and Jets get better every year I'm really impressed with them . And I'm also the moderator and I advertise a lot for DYNAM at my local airfield... Y'all keep up the good work..

Well this is my first dynam plane and after reading all the old reviews I've been waiting for one of these for over 2 years and it looks like most of the quality problems are gone the paint looks good wings are all straight and the best part is they've done some things that puts other manufacturers to shame the wings have a short wire from the servos for the ailerons they have a permanent wire set up in the wing so there's no tape to play with a servo replacement can be done in one minute unlike other manufacturers who make you peel out all the wire put it in servo in and try to play with all that stupid tape which peels off down the road the bottom of this Wing is beautiful wake up America you can do better I've been doing this for 35 years and I love innovation that makes it easier on the modeler and makes the plane look better to boot can't wait to fly it

Every time I contacted the company via email they got back to me properly and very quickly. The primo model flies awesome, easy to assemble and very humble in the sky Great beginning plane even for experienced flyers fun to fly.

The P-61 was very sloppy with malformed foam in the tail booms which I had to fix, the retracts where not glued in very well and the wing fasteners did not hold very well and I ended up gluing the wings on. outside of that only one wing light comes on but I will check out why and it's been flown twice now but I was expecting more speed. the ESC's where replaced with Mantis ESCs since the other one smoked, I thought it was the motor at first but it was the ESC.

The plane assembled relatively easily. All parts were included. It was delivered quickly. I can't wait to fly it.

My 3rd Dynam Gee Bee Y, 1st version 2.

I was anticipating fit and finish like my 1st two, but so far a bit disappointed. Cockpit equipment access area looks like it was cut out with a dull tree saw. Access cover doesn’t fit as tight as I’d like.

The hardware package was obviously generic with a bunch of unneeded unused screws, If it wasn’t for my experience putting 2 of these together it would be easy to use the wrong screws for assembly. All in all a plane for experienced builder and pilot. I’ll maiden later this week.

My plane got delivered damaged, bottom wing and rudder. Sent pictures to the email suggested and nobody will respond
