Needed apart and they were on it. Appreciate the fast service. Don't like that I have to wait to get it from China. Wish they had parts stocked in U.S. warehouse.

Great price, super quick shipping (free). A few niggles puttimg the model together, but easily overcome and everything works great out of the box. The Dynam Gloster Meteor looks awesome and flies fantastically well.

So far all my dealings with Dyman RC have been positive. I have bought 4x planes so far and will be buying a few more soon. The planes do take a bit more to build and set-up them more makes but it is worth it as they fly really good and seem to take some ruff landing and knocks! And much cheaper to!

I like the basic concept of afforable planes but I believe some upgrades on some of these planes, even if they caused the price to increase, would be to your advantage.A) provide hinges on control surfaces not the fragile foam hinge, B) stronger lotor and esc setup as some of these ships are underpowered, C) closer inspection of painted parts for gaps and overspray, D) more reliable retract gear.. etc. etc.

I recently purchased an airplane from Dynam. It arrived with a bad nose wheel retract. They sent me a new one reasonably quickly. On its fourth flight, the plane lost power on downwind for landing, resulting in an off-field crash landing. The fuselage broke in half and one wing was badly damaged. The battery had over half of it's capacity remaining. It was obvious the ESC failed. I sent them an email explaining what happened, requesting they make it right. They never responded to my email. I've never experienced such unprofessional behavior from a "reputable" company. I will never do business with them again.

Ordered a bunch of parts and all came in good order but one error: Ordered two 13x7x3 prop but one came. The other was a 11x7x3 prop by mistake. Hope Dynam make it right

Nice product and I appreciate the price but when price in English pounds this is the price I expect to pay and not to pay in USA dollars. Please be honest

I bought a model and went to maiden It and something happened with the servo, it ripped it out of the fuselage. they offered to replace servo but refused to Fix or replace the fuselage where it broke it, after multiple emails I still have broke servo and broke fuselage over $200 airplane that won't fly.

Contacted customer service of a issue I had with a brand new plane where on first flight the elevator servo jammed which caused it to break out of fuselage and almost causing crash. They have responded with we will send you new servo and glue, this is unacceptable this is a brand new plane that broke because of faulty equipment and they want me to patch with glue. I have now learned a expensive lesson, do not buy Dynam.

First to start off I purchased a product it said was in stock after I made the purchase it told me it was out of stock I had to wait 25 days. First of all that was false advertisement misleading information. Second I waited 25 days and then they asked for an additional 10 days. Finally after a long wait I received the product and the rudder was broken. I contact them they said that they would send me out one immediately with express delivery 3 days later I get an email saying they'll be here in 10 days so now it's almost taking 2 months to get a product really. Not good business on how you guys are rolling and what's going on very disappointed more than likely done not coming back when I finally received the part I'm going to have to make a post about it

This is a wonderful RC plane that I ever purchased I have purchased several 12mm planes. I am so impressed. I am purchasing more RC planes from y’all in the future.

The website claimed the item was in stock and would ship within 5 days, but after contacting customer support, I found out it wasn’t available. I was told to wait 4–6 weeks for delivery. Six weeks passed, and there were still delays—overall it took nearly two months to arrive. I asked customer support to expedite shipping from another warehouse at their expense, but they didn’t seem interested in making things right. After some back and forth, they eventually offered to cover half of the international shipping cost ($60), but by then it wasn’t worth the hassle compared to just waiting the last couple weeks. When the item finally arrived, it had multiple quality issues—okay frame construction, limited options, and I’m now stuck with an underpowered Detrum motor and a random ESC that’s basically a paperweight.

Back other process worked well

Order was as advertised. It shipped in a timely manner.

Very helpful and the Service Personnel at Dynam seemed genuinely interested in my issues and helping me!

Dynam Hobby is excellent! Shipped the part I needed for my Beaver quickly and I received it in good condition 😃
