The company is unable to fulfill orders. They missed an item from my order. They are now asking me to take pictures of an item that I do not have? I feel like there is some malicious compliance going on the customer service department. Extremely frustrating and I assume I am emailing an AI bot.

You can not go wrong with this company! They make fantastic easy to use vaporizers and care about their customers. Being able to micro dose and vape instead of smoke has changed my life. I’ve ordered 4 times from them. Fast shipping and over the top customer service.

Looking to have a carcinogen-free experience, I was pleasantly surprised. I’m mainly a micro-dose cannabis user. Using the Dyna-Vap took a little getting used to, aside from the “how to” part. After the first couple uses at my regular level, I was 50% more hungry, my smile was 50% larger and everything was 50% more funny. I used 50% less product in the process. 100% recommended!

My order was fulfilled in a timely manner, and it was exactly what I expected. The flower vape and the ispire heating wand works great!! It took a bit of practice, but I love practicing. :)

Wonderful experience every night

I bought this BB9 glass stem to mainly use with the Terpcicle mini, and is a perfect fit with the Terpcicle. I like the cool vapor, the length of the stem is perfect, good quality, and didn't think I'd like the glass beads but they work well! In addition, this stem is multi-functional in that I can use it as a WPA and it works with any Dynavap tip, and am loving it!

I have never had more regret over a purchase then this. Such a terrible terrible investment. These goofy products and fake AF reviews and shiny advertisements videos did their trick. Bought a WoodWynd, torch, case and heater. Case and heater haven’t arrived. Torch worked for 2 days. Now I got all these crap things that get me nowhere.

The Dynawax I bought had a strange rubbery/sticky texture. Within a fee days Dynavap has sent me a new container. Thanks!

The large bowl vape doesn’t fit in the automatic heater I bought for from you. I will not use it. I haven’t received a return label and I notified you I wanted to return it 4 days ago.

I have only good things to say about the customer service I've received from Amber and the team at Dynavap.

They are A1 in what they do and will always be amongst my favorites. Dry herb vaping is so much better than smoking. Also they have great deals and sales around the holidays. I just got a $39.99 exclusive purple B model for free for spending $60 or more. I got the Wand ($130) portable heater, a dual torch on sale ($2), butane ($5) and the vape completely free, as if the - exclusive for Valentine's Day - purple Dynavap B model wasn’t already cool. This feels like a robbery it is such a good deal. At $39.99 it will likely already outperform many $150+ vaporizers and be on oar with the likes of some $200-250 vaporizers. 5/5 Stars, A+, what more can I say?

Products are great but they never arrive on time. I’m not purchasing another dynavap product if shipping doesn’t change. If my order is $100+ I expect it to go through ups. Also If I order on Monday and your tracking says it’ll be here Friday but doesn’t leave the place of origin until Wednesday of course it’s not going to make it on time. From WI to TN isnt that long for shipping I’ve had packages from still cali get to me on time within a week.

These guys always deliver on time and as expected, when I recieved a bad part, they helped me troubleshoot briefly to confirm and sent me a new part immediately. The devices reflect their great customer service as well, I love my dynavaps

Good descriptions

I've been obsessed with dhv's for about three years now since retiring from the military. Dynavap was one of my first experiences and continues to be one of my favorites. I reach past my battery/stem based devices, ball vapes, and even my "portable ball vape" in order to use my dynavaps on a daily basis. I still catch myself just looking at them after use thinking "wow!"

I hate dynavap ! Been vaping longer than they had a website! They have giveaways I always qualify for but never ever get ! They always run out somehow !!! Customer service is shit ! F—k dynavap ! I knew their owner from f—k combustion . Com . F—k him too !!!! Never buying here again !
