Great customer service and quick response times! Very polite and professional customer service.

The first package arrived a bit late but on time. I thought nice my danyvap and magic wand are here. Than i had to notice they forgot the advertised silicone adapter. So i contacted customer support. They said i get one send. The whole thing took about another 2 weeks. When it finally was on the way, german border control called because declaration problems. I told them as good as i was able to. Then after half n hour call with them it was possible to solve the problem. So had to go through annoying stuff waiting ect. And they didnt even put goodies or a discount card or anything inside… dont get me wrong its not about the product, the product is perfect but it was really annoying and time consuming to get all the parts to my location. They get 3 stars for good customer support but the competence of the packing staff is rather unpleasent.

Dynavap is a community that has been and still is so fun to be a part of, and the devices are oh so collectable to me, and so modular that I expect all my vapes to have interchangeable parts, and I'm disappointed when they don't. Besides, how can we resist George's tactile geometry? Shipping is usually very fast as well.

Great customer service, great product

Was kinda blamed for receiving a defective product, their premium product, had a broken o ring and instead of any grace or understanding I was told I should've done something different, told them I wasn't getting great vapor and was basically told how to use a dynavap which they can clearly see this isn't my first rodeo. All in all there was almost zero humility or ownership for being sent a defect product being told to beat it when asking about the poor vapor quality like I have zero clue what's going on while directly quoting George from random tea times. And for a third time I tried to have multiple baits and switchs addressed from multiple past bundle deals, and for a third time I was ignored. Oh they sent me some o rings, yanno the one that came broken on the 200$ analog vape and acted like they were doing me some big favor for doing the absolute bare minimum. Very very very disappointed with a company I have plans to continue to support and have supported in the past, spoke their praises like a energy vampire to anyone who would listen. when I come to you humbly hat in hand I'm told beat it b*ner it breaks my heart and makes me kinda not wanna upgrade this into it's final form with the induction wand and t.h.c. and who knows what else if this is the treatment I receive for pretty basic grievances, being treated like I did, with complete and total indifference and at some points completely ignored. Sad. And I constantly stick up for the prices because employees need paid but to what end when they blow you off and try to belittle and deflect ownership of the troubles. Still have not heard a second click. Been reading replies on one star reviews, still alot of deflection and lack of ownership. Where's the humility, sometimes companies make mistakes they aren't infallible, stop trying to make us believe you are, we aren't buying it. Very very disappointed with treatment of myself and now that I'm seeing of others.

i was super excited for my order (bb6 vape), then it arrived with only the glass tube. ok mistakes happen, right? reach out and get support for the missing pieces and second order shows up and we are still missing O-rings and the screen. i hear that once you get all the pieces its quality product i may never get to find out...

This is a top notch company. Everyone from top to bottom is what you want in how a business operates. Quick, easy, cheap and one of the best things, personable. Tip came missing the o rings. Customer service helped me quickly though and they sent 5 for no charge. If not for this issue this would be 5 stars. I love using my dynavap.

The website graphics are smoooth. The Website is not laggy. The Website doesn't have pop up ads that are constantly popping up. Dynavap is a great product. It absolutely makes Dry Herb Vaporizing sing, as it were.

I purchased the "B" model as I am a beginner. Only after watching many videos on the correct way to heat the thing up, did I finally got the hang of it. Once figured out I have to say I have never had so pleasurable an experience smoking, and I should know as I have been smoking since 1972. I'm 68 years old and I have had 5 types of cancer. The biggest problem I have is that I'm on social security and a fixed income so in order to take the next step I have to buy something I cannot afford. I beg you to lower your prices as I need to move on.
