Product is great, high delivery cost
I love the product and it is as I expected it to be. Great packaging and customer service. My only reservation is on the high delivery costs. I had to return the first product as it was too big and I ended up paying for 3 deliveries (to receive the first time, to send back and when I reordered). That will stop me from purchasing in the future as also the delivery cost is excessively high in my opinion.

Very good choice of jewellery. Living in Luxembourg usually makes it slower to receive parcels but somehow this went pretty quick!

Depending on the choice...
The delivery system is quite fast, I had the products I've order after one week. However it wasn't what I expected. I have order in the past and when I opened the box the necklace was so shiny that I was thrilled, but not this time. I ordered two things and I will return one of them back. So I suppose it depends on your choice.

Misleading Picture
This wasn't the first time that I ordered something from Dyrberg/Kern. So I was so disappointing when I saw my brand new necklace in real life. The chains are much bigger as I expected. Based on the photo in the webshop it looked lighter and more elegant. Maybe the problem is that I couldn't compare the item to anything. I believe it would be great to show products on models to see the real size.
