Bad service
It's very bad service I order on 21st December but I have not received my order yet
Customer care was lousy and just there to lie and false promises to customers, I contacted them on 28th December and they said I should have my product tomorrow but today is 3rd January am so frustrated and will never order stuff on this site again

The deadline for ordering christmas presents on our webshop was on the 19th of December before 12 o'clock.
When tracking your parcel, I could see that GLS have tried to deliver it twice, on the 3rd and 4th of January but the address was incorrect according to the scans.
I can also see that it is on its way again to delivery today. I will send all info on your e-mail so you can follow your package.

Attention ! If you have to send back something you have to pay a lot for the return. And on the website it's not clear. For me this is unacceptable.

Great Customer Service!
I bought a stone necklace online and had it shipped abroad. First, the warehouse didn't do a proper job and the necklace came chipped. Fortunately the Customer Service managed to send a new one and had it delivered within two days after the complaint. This time packed securely and safe. Thank you Sonia for all your help!
