Continuously defective body part of DYSON vacuum cleaner - 3 replacement parts in 12 months, no recall of defective parts to investigate root cause. Just wasteful and low quality approach. Stay away if you don't want to spend all your time with customer service
Contacting the customer service through whatsapp is super easy. The customer team is responsive, and very helpful. They solved my misbehaving V11 within warranty time seeminglessly. Thank you!
My V15 hover broke, and they won’t send me a new one (or a replacement) until i send the broken one back.
There is a shortage of replacement parts (since 3 months), so only option available is to send the old one back and wait it to be fixed.
So basically i have to stay 2 weeks without hover.
I was also advised by Dyson support, to buy a new one, use it until the old one is fixed, and then send it back and get the money back. But this is ethically not correct in my opinion.
Absolutely disappointed by the support. Such a big and recognized (and expensive) brand … And this is the support i get.
Communication was quick and the after sales problem was solved without delay.
All in French no chance to find a number to call. Online assistance is not really there. Customer support very bad !
Ordering, shipment went very smoothly. The storage case is too cumbersome, too many accessories that do not seem useful but most importantly, I did not manage to make my hair look good, quite the contrary. I had better results with a hair dryer that cost me ~ 10 times less.
Terrible experience with service of dyson Switzerland. I spent hours writing with them & also on the phone. One month now i am waiting for one part of the humidifier and although they told me 3 times that they sent to me, they never did. Now after one month they told me their system blocks the delivery. Now i have to wait one more month. Maybe after that the humidifier still doesn't work.
Don't have a spare part available and you can't tell me an estimation of when will be available... nor since when is out of stock. I can wait days, weeks, months, or forever and never actually get back in stock... no one knows. So the only solution is a 25% off list price which gets me almost to promotion prices online, thank you... I will not be buying any more of Dyson premium products at premium price with bad customer service.

My brand new Dyson Airwrap stopped working after only being used 3x, which apparently is very common with the new model. However it doesn’t stop there - I‘m waiting already an entire month for a replacement, and the customer service keeps prolonging, from 3 it went to 6 weeks and even that can’t be guaranteed. I‘m extremely disappointed! One of the most expensive hair dryers on the market has apparently the worst customer service imaginable.

I am very disappointed, my vaccuun cleaner V10 has a some kind of black plastic particles coming from the inside (main body, i guess). I went to look for infos in the dyson community online and many people had the same problem. When I called the customer service, the lady was suggesting that the problem wasn't the Dyson but something I aspirate (despite I telling her people were having the EXACT same problem. After, she offered to give me a discount (worth nothing compare to the price of a new dyson) as they don't have the replacement parts. So instead of buying a Dyson, my next purchase will be their competitor, a Shark stratos.

Dyson sent me to a YouTube link showing how to replace its vacuum cleaner battery. The YouTube video was OUTSTANDING. Silent, no irritating music, no voice with the usual asinine ‘Hi Guys..’ etc introduction, just short clear silent instructions. Was as good as fresh air.
Because of you that you didn’t handle my return on the time. I couldn’t pay with Klarna on other website and lost the discount. Because of Dyson I lost 460 chf. I have no time to go to the lawyer and open a court agains of you but I got my lesson. I ordered over 4000 chf on Dyson.h but Never ever again direct but from Dyson. Galaxus, mediamarkt works much better than you guys.

Given that support is through WhatsApp and the fact that I could not see live updates and some moment I had a strong feeling of being scammed
Not only my repair was not realised, I was not even able to obtain information on which piece was not working and what the reason was for impossibility to repair.
My impression is, in a world trying to be sustainable, Dyson is not interested in repairing any item that is past its warranty period to sell a new product.
It's taken so many months to have my Dyson replaced and I am still waiting to receive the replacement.
