I really love this ticket service. Easy to buy tickets, 24/7 support my requests. Can advice this team 100%. After buying tickets they called me and proposed price on XL seat better then I could buy in ordinary way

I booked tickets for a flight from the Netherlands to Great Britain. At first, there was a small problem with confirmation from the airline, but thanks to the service support that does not leave the client 24/7, everything is in order. Managers are good professionals. They are polite, tactful and can solve problems that arise. I even received a small bonus plus for waiting. Thank you, I will also book my next trip in this service.

Do not believe 5 stars reviews, bad service

Do not believe 5 stars reviews, they unprofessional, and customer service level is really bad. They don’t know how to use email, and in case if you’ll have any issue - that will be only your problem, even if issue was their fault.

Thanks a lot for very good service

Thanks a lot for very good service, for kindness of Andrii and Yurii. When I made booking, I received calling from agent Andrii, he helped me with all steps. I had some difficulties with payment because of bank, and agent helped me even with this problem. Andrii helped me all the day, and his college Yuriy continued to help after 6 pm.
