My experience was positive
My experience was positive. The learning platform was straightforward to navigate, and the course materials were clearly structured, which helped me to manage my studies alongside work commitments.
I particularly appreciated the flexibility of the programme, as it allowed me to study at my own pace. Where I sought support, responses were generally timely and helpful. The resources provided were relevant and aligned well with CIPD standards, which supported my understanding and practical application of the content.
If I were to suggest one area for improvement, it would be to provide detailed guidance upon passing all assessments as this would give learners clarity to plan for the next step particularly, for those working towards their work experience.

I chose to study the CIPD Level 5 qualification to strengthen my knowledge and improve my chances of progressing into an HR role, which has now become a reality! The course has not only enhanced my understanding of key HR principles but also given me the confidence and knowledge to perform effectively in my new position. It’s also provided me with great discussion points in interviews and helped me stand out as a candidate.
